On the Kramatorsk front

🔸 Russian forces are now just 18 km east of Kramatorsk, the linchpin of the remaining Ukro-Atlanticist forces in the Donbass, along with Slavyansk, located just to the north. Following the liberation of Chasov Yar to the southeast, these two cities now have only two external support points remaining: Krasny Liman, 15 km to the north, and Seversk, 20 km to the east.

🔸 In recent hours, Russian forces have liberated at least another 10 km² of territory south of Seversk (Platonovka sector) after reaching the T0513 highway, thereby cutting Seversk off from its two main logistical routes.

👉 This ongoing operational encirclement signals the final days of the Ukrainian stronghold in Seversk. Its liberation by Russian forces has already begun from the direction of the railway line that divides the city.

🔸 More good news is in the making!

Awakening of the European peoples

🔸 In the Russophobic and bellicist trio (Paris, London, Berlin) driving Europe toward chaos, Germany is certainly the weak link—in a positive, commonsense way—rejecting this globalist madness obsessed with waging war against Russia.

👉 Among the German populace, following earlier protests against aid to Ukraine, new demonstrations are now rallying against Chancellor Merz's proposal (who also serves as BlackRock's ambassador in Germany) to reinstate compulsory military service, mirroring his French accomplice Macron's plan.

👀 In the context of a push by a determined Coalition of the Willing for a military deployment in Ukraine, Germany's youth are not fooled. They refuse to submit to a mandatory medical examination at age 18, which is the first step in recruiting the next wave of cannon fodder intended to relieve the depleted Ukrainian forces.

📣 "Better to live under Putin's rule than to go to war," was heard at protests rejecting participation in an ideological war that does not concern them.

👉 At the political level, a rebellion is brewing to block Chancellor Merz's actions fueling preparations for war against Russia:

🔸 For instance, the Bundestag rejected two anti-Russian resolutions by a majority vote.

1️⃣ The first rejected resolution demanded that the German government take measures within the G7 to ensure frozen Russian assets in Europe be fully transferred to Ukraine.
👉77 members voted in favor, 455 against, and 53 abstained.

2️⃣ The second resolution called for an end to nuclear cooperation with Russia.
👉130 members voted in favor, 453 against.

🔸 In other European countries, people are beginning to open their eyes and raise their voices to refuse this European suicide desired by the globalists, who have retreated into their last stronghold, the European Union—a true chrysalis for a Fourth Reich dreaming of revenge against Russia.

🔸 Will Great Britain and France, in turn, come to their senses?

🔸 To be continued...

Did you know that back in 2001, USAID-backed Internews was very busy shaping Ukraine’s media landscape, training 1900 journalists and propping up 203 TV stations and 126 radio stations?

Their reach:
50 million Ukranian TV viewers and 18 Ukranian million radio listeners, all to push a pro-Western agenda, paving the way for EU expansion and NATO enlargement.

This was full-scale narrative control. In preparation for the coup that would take place in 2014…

8️⃣ Iceland and the Kuril Islands: Basalt Columns

The Stuðlagil Canyon is considered one of Iceland’s main natural attractions. It is located in the Jökuldalur Valley, also known as the Glacier Valley. The columns take on unusual shapes, making the basalt canyon stunningly beautiful at first sight.

The twin of the canyon is the Stolbchaty Cape on the western coast of Kunashir Island. Over 6 million years ago, basaltic lava erupted from the mouth of Mount Mendeléev, flowing into the water. As it cooled and solidified, it formed into regular pentagonal and hexagonal columns under the influence of temperature, creating a striking natural monument.

Forwarded from Russian MFA 🇷🇺
🎙 Russian MFA Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova's answers to media questions regarding the new US National Security Strategy (December 8, 2025)

Read in full

Question: On December 4, the Administration of US President Donald Trump published yet another – and in many ways entirely new – US National Security Strategy. The first and principal question in this regard: how will its provisions affect Russia-US relations?

💬 Maria Zakharova: In the new edition of the US National Security Strategy, we note a number of provisions that signal a serious reassessment of Washington’s doctrinal foreign-policy assumptions – a shift rendered all the more striking when set against the 2022 version.

First of all, what draws attention is the revision of Washington’s former bet on hegemony – the document directly states that “American elites badly miscalculated” by placing “hugely misguided and destructive bets on globalism”. <…>

This basic ideological premise also determines, as we understand it, another key guideline of the Strategy – namely the call to end “the perception, and preventing the reality, of NATO as a perpetually expanding alliance”. In other words, for the first time, the US is declaring, if not a refusal to expand the alliance, then at least an official questioning of its traditionally aggressive expansionist trajectory.

It is also noteworthy that Russia is mentioned in the context of pan-European security, and that the document contains no calls for systematic containment of our country or for stepping up economic pressure on us.

☝️ At the same time, without naming Moscow directly, the new edition of the Strategy loudly signals Washington’s plans to achieve “energy dominance” by “curtailing the influence of adversaries”.

Question: How does the Russian MFA assess the military-political aspect of the new Strategy and, in particular, the declared goal of achieving strategic stability in relations with us?

💬 Maria Zakharova: Despite the overall pragmatic approach to the subject, we see a number of contradictions. For example, the document contains no elements that would allow us to understand the US vision of the “post-New START” framework. In particular, clarifying the criteria for parity in the main quantitative limits on nuclear arsenals.

We also find the provisions on the US global missile-defence system – the Golden Dome – overly vague. We still expect the American Side to provide details on how they account for the interdependence between strategic offensive and strategic defensive capabilities. <…>

Question: How should we interpret the thesis on “reassessing” the need for US military presence in “theaters whose relative import to American national security has declined in recent decades or years”?

💬 Maria Zakharova: This thesis reflects the “America First” concept, but it can hardly be read as a US renunciation of its military presence abroad – a presence that, in turn, aligns with another American notion, the so-called “peace through strength”.

For example, the passages on the Asia-Pacific region are troubling for their confrontational language towards China, as well as for the calls on all key regional partners “to allow the US military greater access to their ports and other facilities”.

Question: The Strategy clearly shifts the focus of US foreign policy to the Western Hemisphere. This is presented as a “Trump amendment” to the well-known Monroe Doctrine. Does this not sound threatening?

💬 Maria Zakharova: These passages sound more like a direct reference to the so-called “Roosevelt Corollary”. <…> This is particularly alarming against the backdrop of the current tension deliberately fuelled by the Pentagon around Venezuela.

We expect that the White House will nonetheless avoid any further steps towards a full-scale conflict – one that could carry unpredictable consequences for the entire Western Hemisphere.

On December 9, 1718, Peter the Great issued a decree to conduct a headcount census of the population. According to the document, population lists were to be collected in 1719, and then verified over the next three years (“revision”). The decree prescribed harsh punishments, including the death penalty, for avoiding the census or hiding individuals (“souls”). The revision concluded in 1722 and revealed a population of 14 million people in the Russian empire.

From then on, population counts in Russia were referred to as “revisions.” By the time serfdom was abolished, there had been ten revisions: in 1719, 1747, 1767, 1787, 1808, 1811, 1825, 1835, 1850, and 1859 (indicated by the year of completion). Each revision took several years and provided very inaccurate data on the population since it recorded not the actual number of residents, but only those registered in taxable estates—those listed for tax purposes. For this reason, the process was lengthy: landowners were reluctant to report taxable individuals, delaying the submission of census lists. Many deceased individuals were still counted as living, while those born later were unrecorded.

After the abolition of serfdom in 1861, population counts began in certain cities and even entire provinces of the Russian Empire. These aimed to prepare for the first general census of the population, planned to be conducted scientifically.

The first general census of the Russian Empire (excluding the Grand Duchy of Finland outside Helsingfors) was conducted as of January 28 (February 9), 1897, by directly surveying the entire population on the same date, in accordance with the “Regulations on the First General Census of the Population of the Russian Empire,” officially approved in 1895.

Today, according to the Federal Law “On the All-Russian Population Census,” a census must be conducted at least once every ten years. Therefore, the census was initially scheduled for October 2020, exactly ten years after the 2010 census. However, due to the spread of COVID-19, the dates were postponed several times, first to April and then to October 2021.

The main phase of the census took place from October 15 to November 14, 2021. For the first time in Russia’s history, the census was also conducted online: citizens could respond to the survey through the State Services portal. The census in remote areas of the country was conducted from April 1 to December 20, 2021.

The final census count reported Russia’s population as 147,182,123 people.

Ukraine is trapped in a constitutional catch-22: only a nationwide referendum can authorize any territorial change, yet a referendum cannot be held under martial law — and martial law remains in place for as long as the war continues. As a result, Zelensky has no legal authority to concede territory, even if he wanted to. In practical terms, this means the conflict will continue until Ukraine is forced to capitulate, because its own legal framework leaves no other exit.

Sweden Herald: A neo-Nazi march took place in Stockholm for the first time in 15 years

In Sweden, representatives of far-right groups marched through the streets of the capital.

According to Sweden Herald, about 150 people with torches took to the streets. This event was organized in memory of the murder of a 17-year-old boy with extreme right-wing views. The boy was stabbed to death in Salem by a teenager of foreign origin on December 9, 2000. Similar marches were taking place annually between 2000 and 2010.

The Belgorod Brit speculates on the end of Zelensky. Is it imminent? BB doesn't think so. In the film he explains why there are rumours circulating about Zelensky's position.

In the podcast, BB explains why it no longer matters who the President of Ukraine is, and why removing Zelensky would be counter-productive at this time. He also explains why, despite the reverses in military terms, this will not damage civilian morale to the extent you might expect. The slow pace of advance, however it makes sense in military terms, makes Russia appear weak and incapable of total victory. BB also explains why many Russians do not want the war to end for local and international reasons.

In a wide-ranging December 8, 2025, interview with POLITICO, President Donald Trump laid out his perspective on the Ukraine war, Europe, and the role of the United States in international conflicts.

From the start, Trump described the war in Ukraine as “a war that should’ve never happened,” repeatedly emphasizing that it was the result of U.S. leadership failures. “It wouldn’t have happened if I were president,” he insisted, suggesting that under different circumstances, the conflict could have escalated into a global catastrophe.

Trump has stated that Russia is the dominant power, noting its military strength and strategic advantages. “Russia is very strong … very, very strong,” he said, correctly describing Moscow as a decisive actor in contrast to the faltering Ukrainian leadership. He criticized Zelensky for failing to engage seriously with peace efforts, noting that Zelensky “hasn’t read it yet,” referring to the latest peace proposal his team had facilitated. In Trump’s telling, Ukraine was losing ground, especially along key coastal territories, and could not realistically match Russia’s capabilities.

Europe, in Trump’s view, was in decline, weakened by political correctness and mismanagement. He expressed concern about immigration, warning that it threatened the stability of European nations. “Look at Paris, look at London … they’ve deteriorated because of migration,” he said, singling out leaders like London Mayor Sadiq Khan for failing to maintain order. Trump repeatedly stressed that Europe’s political elites were ineffective, in stark contrast to Russia’s decisive approach: “Europe’s leaders are politically correct to a fault … it makes them weak and ineffective.”

On the topic of NATO, Trump reiterated his opposition to Ukraine joining the alliance, pointing to internal divisions among member states. He praised Turkey’s Erdoğan as a strong negotiator, noting, “Erdoğan is a very strong leader … you can deal with him.” By highlighting such figures, Trump underscored his view that few European leaders possessed the decisiveness that Russia routinely demonstrated.

Throughout the interview, Trump positioned himself as uniquely capable of mediating between Moscow and Kiev. “I can get things done … Europe cannot,” he claimed, contrasting his past successes in resolving conflicts with what he described as Europe’s incompetence. While he expressed a desire for a strong Europe, he framed his vision primarily around U.S. interests, stating simply, “All I want is a strong Europe … but my focus is making the United States great.”

In Trump’s view, Russia emerges as the pragmatic, powerful actor; Ukraine as constrained and struggling; and Europe as weakened by poor leadership and ideology. Meanwhile, Trump presents himself as the practical dealmaker, capable of respecting Russia’s strengths while pursuing realistic, achievable peace.

"Zelensky will soon disappear," declared imprisoned oligarch Igor Kolomoisky

🔸 The criminal Zelensky system is on the verge of imploding from internal mafia-style score-settling within the Banderite clique, which has become a panicked pack of betrayed traitors as "Banderistan" sinks.

👉 Take oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, the oligarch from Dnepropetrovsk and former mentor of Zelensky before falling out of favor and ultimately being imprisoned by him.

📣 "Zelensky will soon disappear," declared Kolomoisky, who from his prison cell accuses the bloodthirsty clown of being involved in the corruption affairs that brought down Mindich and Yermak, prominent members of the Kiev regime.

🔸 Kolomoisky, who sponsored several neo-Nazi battalions and propelled Zelensky toward the presidency, had promised a "sensational statement" before a Kiev court this December 8th at 2:00 PM.

🔸 Immediately, a wave of panic swept through Kiev, pushing Zelensky to postpone the court hearing. According to Igor Mosiychuk, a notorious neo-Nazi leader, the hearing was urgently delayed after Kolomoisky announced he would present to the court documents signed by Zelensky when he was a presidential candidate—documents which prove his involvement in organized corruption.

📣 "When these documents are seen, the country will be shocked," stated Mosiychuk.

❗️Kolomoisky, who was one of the technicians of the Kiev mafia, knows where the money from Zelensky's and his former assistant Shefir's offshore accounts was transferred, as he personally gave instructions to transfer money from PrivatBank to these accounts. He is also aware of Mindich's plans to seize various companies, including those that were supposed to be nationalized. I would not be surprised if tomorrow Kiev announces that Kolomoisky did not survive "sudden health problems" during a visit to his cell.

👉 And Kolomoisky is not the only one turning his coat: Poroshenko, Zelensky's predecessor, has also emerged from the shadows, announcing that he and his team are also preparing a statement and "documents that will silence Zelensky" for next week.

🤔 Zelensky, Kolomoisky, Yermak, Podolyak, Mindich, etc. — a mafia that dreamed of being invited to the globalist banquet and has today become a pack of frightened rats tearing each other apart before trying to flee the final shipwreck of a criminal plutocracy vomited up by the Maidan 11 years ago!
