The InteRussia theatre fellowship, which concluded last week, was more than just a training program — it was a cultural odyssey into the heart of Russian theatre.

On September 26th, Victoria Karslieva, Deputy Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund, presented the InteRussia fellowship programme for young foreign specialists in the margin of Eurasia Global, an international youth forum.

During the plenary session, speakers also discussed

🟡the role of social projects in strengthening Russia’s global ties;
🟡opportunities for non-Russian NPOs to take part in relevant Russian initiatives.

The InteRussia fellowship programme is not just an educational initiative, but also an important humanitarian project that promotes the development of international cooperation and professional connections.

InteRussia Fellowship For Journalists Starts Today ▶️

On September 30th, the InteRussia programme in Journalism was launched at Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency in Moscow. Our new talents are journalists from 11 BRICS+ countries: Kenya, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Ethiopia, Egypt, Iran, China, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia.

Sergey Orlov, Deputy Executive Director at the Gorchakov Fund, greeted the participants, stating:

This year, because of chairmanship of the Russian Federation in BRICS, we decided to bring BRICS countries all together. I hope after this month you will know more about Russia.

In his turn, Vasily Pushkov, Director of International Cooperation at Sputnik International News Agency and Radio, emphasized the significance of this programme not only for the fellows but also for their Russian counterparts. It fosters cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration in the field of journalism.

📌 Following the opening ceremony, the journalists embarked on a comprehensive tour of International Information Agency office, gaining a firsthand look at the dynamic environment where news is crafted.
