Alongside the academic curriculum at InteRussia, we organize a rich cultural program that allows our fellows to immerse themselves in the vibrant heritage of Russia.

During their fellowship in international relations, participants had also the opportunity to delve into Russia's rich cultural tapestry:

📸comprehensive city tour of Moscow, exploring iconic landmarks and historical sites

🎨visit to the renowned Tretyakov Gallery, home to one of the world's finest collections of Russian art

🩰magical evening at the Kremlin Palace, experiencing the ballet performance of "The Nutcracker,"

Through cultural immersion, our fellows gained valuable insights into the soul of Russia, enriching their understanding of its history, traditions, and people.

Wrapping Up InteRussia's Programme in International Relations 🌐

On April 26, the Fund’s hall hosted the closing ceremony of the InteRussia fellowship for rising professionals in internationl relations. Throughout the programme, 1️⃣0️⃣ specialists from 9️⃣ countries immersed themselves in a rich array of experiences, contributing to their personal and professional growth.

From MENA to Moscow: InteRussia Internship Kicks Off 🎉

On May 13, the Gorchakov Fund and RT Acabic launched the InteRussia program, welcoming 9 journalists from 8 countries: Algeria, Iran, Bahrain, Syria, Tunisia, Egypt, Iraq, Sudan, and Somalia.

The event brought together key figures from both organizations, including Alexey Nikolov, Managing Director of RT, Sergey Orlov, Deputy Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund, Maya Manna, Head of RT Arabic, and heads of various departments within the channel. 

"This is our second InteRussia for Arab journalists and the first in collaboration with RT. We are delighted that together we could bring you to Moscow. You have 4 intense weeks ahead of you, both professionally and culturally. We hope they will help you understand Russia and, perhaps, come to love it." — Sergey Orlov, Deputy Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund

Following the opening ceremony, the journalists embarked on a comprehensive tour of RT Arabic studio and news department.

Russian State Library Hosts Opening of InteRussia Program on Russian Studies ✏️

On May 17, the conference hall of the Russian State Library hosted the grand opening of the "Education" block of Rossotrudnichestvo's "New Generation" program, within the framework of which more than 100 foreign specialists came to Russia for an internship.

📌Among them — participants of InteRussia on Russian studies.

The foreigners were welcomed by:
✅Vadim Duda, Director General of the RSL
✅Yevgeny Primakov, Head of Rossotrudnichestvo
✅Victoria Karslieva, Deputy Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund
✅Dina Gorbatova, Vice-Rector for Education Development and Digitalization at the Pushkin Institute
✅Roman Raikin, Vice-Rector for the Development of International Activities at the Altai State University

The InteRussia on Russian studies includes 2️⃣6️⃣ specialists from 1️⃣6️⃣ countries: India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus, Moldova, Slovakia, Serbia, Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Mexico and Brazil.

📣Next week, they will take part in the largest event on the study of the Russian language – the Kostomarov Forum, which will be held from May 22 to 24 in Moscow.
