I just bought a used Mac on eBay preloaded with Lenix and an old version of iOS parallel. Does anyone know if there’s a way to make sure there’s no viruses in my pre-installed software? I really want to make this work and break free of big tech

Really want to be a part of the Linux for beginners class. I am not available at the scheduled 3:00 EST. Will these be live or recorded for access at your own leisure? I installed a dual boot of Zorin 16 Pro on my laptop and just acquired a Dell Optiplex 780 with 8GB Ram and 1TB HD that I am going to make my Linux learning PC. I ordered a couple Linux for beginners books that I am going to devour but I really want to take the class.
