What has everyone decided on Mint, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Suse?
We did it, Friends! Yesterday, hundreds of you responded to our call to organize a simple, affordable formal study group where we will learn about Linux for Beginners. ALL VIRTUAL SEATS WERE FILLED YESTERDAY, REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

When this channel was started, we told you many times, we would be offering 90% FREE content, newsletters, a blog, and more, and 10% of our offers would be for low-priced, affordable courses on the topics where Patriots were requesting formal study. We also pointed you towards other places where you can study, such as Udemy, a great site for finding low-priced, affordable classes about Linux. Our courses are not the only ones you can find, but you will benefit from following along with everyone here who enrolled. Our first class is now full, our goal is to get started Thursday of this week.
Happy Tuesday Friends! On tonight's video/voice call (cameras deactivated) at 8:00pm EST we will discuss the best news you have heard so far about everything we have been teaching on this channel! then continue with our ongoing trainings: Learn how to take back your digital freedom by leaving the "big tech" Windows/MacOS/Android operating systems and teaching yourself how to use the free opensource Linux O.S. Tonight's call will be short (about 30 minutes) because we are very busy!! Talk to you here on my Telegram channel at 8:00pm EST tonight!!

Friends, doesn't it feel GREAT to be winning!! And this journey is still only getting started!!

I left Facebook back in November 2020. It took awhile to download all of my photos and videos, considering I had 13+ years of history there...but I got it done and never looked back. Leaving Facebook was one of the best things I've done!

Same! Knowing Zuckerberg paid $400,000,000 to help steal the election made me nauseous.

JP mentioned vi editor during tonight's voice call. When I started using Linux, I had some experience with it already because I had used it in a Unix environment at my university. VIM or NVIM are updated versions of vi (vim is vi improved...). These are the editors I go to most often at the command line just because there are some powerful features available. They are worth learning at some point but not necessary. The beauty of Linux is there are many ways to do the same thing. You'll eventually find your way of doing things.

The source code is public, and created and reviewed and tested in public. It is not the property of any company. You can even modify it yourself if you wish (although knowing what you're doing is a help 😉).

I've been using it for 25 years, and am a maintainer of one open source project, and creator of a couple if others. One is even somewhat popular in its niche.

It truly is a different beast.

Here is a audio recording of tonight's Telegram voice call for those who were not able to be there live. Best wishes to you, Patriots, as you set out to discover the very exciting world of Free and Open Source technology. If you, like many other Americans who love their country, are ready to leave the spying and abuses of the "big tech" Windows/MacOS/Android operating systems, Linux is Digital Freedom!

So happy I joined your channel today. Started at the beginning. I'm also excited about migrating to Linux.

There’s a very small portion of Americans that are good enough to start designing these phones (that run linux) better. And even then, there’s never been a great need (that we knew) until now.

I feel like if everyone that feels like we need to step away from big tech, actually take the steps, we could have minds come together and produce a great phone that’s open source, quality built, replaceable parts, etc., that we can run to.

It’s because we bulk at change, that we have let companies control our cars, phones, watches, computers, and more. It’s time we change the routine and create the solutions ourselves.

Freedom is worth it.
