Anyways, can’t help but write something about this. You know Gary Gensler, the “woke”, super negative minded head of the leftist Securites and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Resident’s admin. Yeah. Gensler. The SEC director who has been harassing Trump, Elon, and others.

So, Gensler today had his SEC file documents in federal court to rehash a bunch of old, stale arguments about classifying XRP (Ripple), a popular crypto, as a “security.” Meaning, basically, he’s still attacking it.

With something like two actual days left on the job. Gensler just can’t help himself but to keep attacking anything he sees as too much freedom.
