In my previous career as CEO of a Nasdaq-traded technology company, I met Jack Dorsey, the original founder of Twitter, on three occasions, the last time being at Twitter HQ in the year 2016. He seemed like a decent guy to me. He was beyond the point of initial hubris many tech founders feel when they have some success. He was thoughtful about life although noncommital about spirituality, he talked about ‘energy vortexes’ and other new age type stuff and walked around in sandals with tattered clothing. At that time Jack was taking the city bus from his house every day to work at Twitter’s HQ in San Francisco as he said, to keep himself in touch with the feel of the city.
Bottom line, I tend to believe Jack Dorsey was not the “evil genius” that designed Twitter’s connection to the extensive government apparatus which ended up plugging in to Twitter’s back-end technology stack in a way that hadn’t been seen before in American history. Frankly I got the feeling Jack was doing drugs, which other people told me..that his hold on corporate power was diminished, he was surrounded by managers and Board members who designed all of the sophisticated gov’t partnership and spying infrastructure.
It appears to me now, that Elon Musk completley tore down whatever management structure was previously in place at Twitter, and is designing a new one without the constraints of being a publicly traded company. The question is, though, is the new structure just going to end up being another version of the old one, this time plugged in to the WEF instead of the FBI. (Ultimately, the same thing, maybe worse?)

Someone wrote in to say that I "write too much religious stuff" for a computer oriented social media channel.
First of all, from the first minute it launched in September 2021, I always told people mine would be a "Christian computer channel." So, that remains true today.
Second, and this is not meant to be negative in any way, rather, it is meant to provide some reflection and thought for those who may not have considered it. The notion that Christian values are somehow "incompatible" with technology is worth reconsidering. In fact, believers make just as good use of technology as anyone else. The difference is that we believe technology ought to work for us to improve our earthly lives, as a tool - like a calculator that helps us do math faster - instead of somehow replacing, eliminating or otherwise harming us.
Ultimately, all technology should be utilized to strengthen families, freedom, and the other fundamental values we hold dear. Christian values and technology can absolutely co-exist and even complement each other. When viewed through this lens, technology poses no threat to faith or Christian beliefs. Instead, it can, and should be used competently to spread light in an increasingly connected (and confused) world. And that's what I aim to do ... to help increase knowledge so that it will be used in a way that helps everyone instead of leaving them behind as innovation continues and all kinds of confusing, disingenuous technology arrives to market.
There is a lot of ambiguity in the secular world when it comes to the merging of technology with society. Fortunatley Christians don't have to worry about that, we are very clear as to what we believe. We know that all things, including technology, should be utilized to glorify God and serve our families and others. The clarity we get is one of the best things about our faith that provides eternal truths and withstands cultural shifts and new inventions due to the infinite wisdom of our creator and His word. Might seem overwheming to us at times, but He can and will endure all of it, easily.
No one said the channel was for "Christians only", you are certainly welcome to follow along if that's not you, but if the spirit of the content written here is not what you would like to read, not sure what to say about that. It's been a lifetime of technology for me and I can't stop talking about Jesus in my life these days, that's just how it is frens 😊 What can I say, if you're ever lucky enough to feel the awesome Love of God in your heart you'll be able to relate. Does this guy ever stop ... now Farmer Bill is behind a "food tech startup" that is coating "organic produce" with toxic chemicals that can't be washed off. But don't worry, it's deemed "safe" by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health Canada, the same groups who told us the clot shot was "safe and effective."
The presence of these endorsements ought to be a sign itself for us to RUN!! the other way.
To add insult to injury, the company itself, Apeel, is in my home town, in Southern California. I can tell you from personal knowledge after looking at the map, the building Apeel is in, used to be a Raytheon (gov't contractor) plant when I was a kid. Some of my friends parents worked at that plant, we used to ride our bikes around there. Hmm.

Heavenly Father, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in all areas of our lives this week. Grant us patience and grace as we interact with skeptics clinging to worldly knowledge who may not yet see Your hand in all creation.
May they discern Your divine blueprint in the statistically impossible, finely tuned laws of physics and parameters of the universe that allow for life on earth, to the intricate patterns found in the formation of galaxies and other celestial structures. May they witness the perfect sophistication of the natural human genetic code when unchanged, and the interconnectivity of all living things on our beautiful planet that You designed to breathe itself to equilibrium naturally without human intervention.
May they be awakened upon thoughtful examination of the origins of designs in molecular complexes within photosynthetic organisms like plants, or Your magnificent design of the bacterial flagellar motor in living cell membranes, one of the most sophisticated structural designs ever encountered by humanity, comparable only to other things designed by You that far surpass human understanding and the capabilities of incremental evolutionary processes, regardless of time.
Thank You that with our faith in You, we know the origin of everything that is Good. We are reminded of the strength of our faith when we look at our own families, who are a testament to Your love and grace. As are the birds that effortlessly sing in a language that all on earth recognize as beautiful, because of Your design, Father, that You made while knowing they would sing for us every day of our lives. How blessed we are to be Your children!
And so we pray that those doubters may have their eyes opened. May they find the faith and courage to trust in Your limitless wisdom, intelligence and love, and experience the peace and joy that comes from dedicating their lives to Your service. Guide us, Lord. Help us to better fulfill Your purposes every day.
