I worked for Federal Govt for 28 yrs, and our IT folks screamed for going to Linux for security, but the Dept still bought Google and MS. I was just a nobody, but I sure felt the IT was right. I detested Windows and Google mail, and knew the security of Govt programs and employees were at risk, and so it went. When retired, I went to iMac and iPads thinking more secure. Wrong I was. Hope hope hope linux will be the answer.

Honestly, can anyone here refer me to the kindergarten class? All the language here is above my head. I need to learn but I’m literally at a subzero level and I just want to catch up. I have a MacBook Air fir 2015. I just need to know if I can work with what I have first. Then I need to lean what to do.

So insane, I've been waiting for someone to come out with the alternative to Google and MS etc and its been available all along. I used to even have ubuntu years ago but didn't even realize the importance of it back then! Thank you!

Here is a screen shot of my Lunix Manjaro Budgie install. I am loving it so far. Windows is gone on my desktop. I still have Windows on my laptop, it is my back up until I fully get my desktop all tweaked and all the apps I need installed. Still working on finding all my applications replacements. Once I am fully satisfied my desktop is set up and I am fully functional on it, I will switch my laptop of as well.

Here is a audio recording of tonight's Telegram voice call for those who were not able to be there live. Best wishes to you, Patriots, as you set out to discover the very exciting world of Free and Open Source technology. If you, like many other Americans who love their country, are ready to leave the spying and abuses of the "big tech" Windows/MacOS/Android operating systems, Linux is Digital Freedom!

Ok, after running Debian 11 Gnome (default build) for a couple of days, I can say its very solid with no issues! I've also been working in terminal / bash and that also is a fantastic command line tool!

By the way for those tech nerds out there... running a non-gui version of debian only uses ~85MB of ram and uses only ~750-950MB of disk space.

How old a pc do you need to load Linux? And the best place to find one. Can it be a laptop?
Forwarded from Will Welker
Newer is better but I see people doing it on PCs that are 10 or 20 years old. Referb Dells are my favorite.

Thankfully Alan will likely either
a) see the altruism and power behind this plan to help Average Americans break free from the Scum of the Earth, like Gates, Pelosi & Fauci & get on board or
b) Alan may focus on pursuing other ways to be helpful in beating this Beast System of total Surveillance & Control.

Either way, we have no time to waste being Negative or Judgemental.
I Thank God for JP !!!! God Speed 🙏💖
