However, the FDA did authorize boosters for 65+ years old and “high risk of severe Covid-19” based on the known risks/benefits.
CDC’s ACIP meeting to discuss the FDA’s vote is scheduled for Sep 22nd.
I received a message asking about this photo. It’s been circulating social media for years and is now being used as a way to explain why getting the Covid-19 vaccine is still beneficial. Even though the Covid-19 vaccine failed its original intention of preventing transmission/infection, the thought process is that at least it’ll lessen symptoms. That part is highly debatable and I won’t go in depth about that now. However, I’d like to address the comparison to the smallpox vaccine. When someone shares this, it tells me they haven’t done much research on this product.
The smallpox vaccine is live and, per the manufacturer, can cause the very thing the vaccine is meant to prevent as well as put those that physically come in contact with the individual vaccinated at risk. The CDC even has an entire webpage devoted to smallpox vaccine reactions.

Everything can be found at the below link:

For anyone that shares the first photo, they should also be aware of the vaccine reaction photos that are on the CDC website:

https://www.cdc.gov/smallpox/clinicians/vaccine-adverse-reaction-images.html
And read about the vaccine adverse events listed by the CDC:

https://www.cdc.gov/smallpox/clinicians/vaccine-adverse-events5.html
They may not realize that by making the comparison between the smallpox and Covid-19 vaccines, they are actually making a potentially accurate comparison between the many known adverse reactions of the smallpox vaccine and the known/unknown adverse reactions of the Covid-19 vaccine.
I’ve noticed that more people are discussing vaccines as a whole in the past few months. This is great in my opinion! It should have never been a taboo topic and many of us have worked hard to break down the barriers to have fact-based discussion about the industry + products. Now more people are having open discussions, the next hurdle is making sure conversations are rooted in fact and not assumptions. I had many pre-conceived notions about these products when I first started researching mid-2019. It took reading the inserts and digging into the less-known .gov webpages to fully understand them. I’ve shared the bulk of my research on the website. You can find deep dives into the inserts at the below link:

Polio is another comparison I’ve been seeing for those that haven’t researched. Here’s a great place to start:

Further confirmation we do not know all the ingredients in the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. Information is redacted from Pfizer’s BLA application submitted to the FDA.

How can we evaluate if a product is appropriate for our physical and spiritual well-being if we don’t know all the ingredients? This is not informed consent.
