I’m looking for two talented individuals to join our team remotely and help edit courses:
1. Flutter developer with basic adobe premier skill (preferably student but open to others too)
- A solid understanding of Flutter and basic Adobe Premiere skills.
- The job involves syncing videos and audio, so it doesn’t require advanced editing skills but does need someone with time, patience, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
2. Motion Graphics & Creative Video Editor
- Highly skilled in motion graphics and video editing, using Adobe Premiere or similar tools.
- A creative mindset to bring educational content to life through engaging visuals.
- A good understanding of programming concepts is essential, as you’ll be creating animations and graphics to visually explain these ideas.
- Most importantly I want someone who can dedicate enough time to do a quality work.

Been a busy week couldn't keep up here 🙏
If you follow the contents in my channel I bet you have seen some opportunities which are exclusively for women and I have seen alot of ppl joining the programs and doing good specially ppl in the empower her program keep up.... I will try to share sm of y'all pic here after the training ends.
So from now on anything related with Women I will only post in this group not only training things but also we have a lot of plan ahead, all with God's grace, in this channel I will be sharing opportunities I come across that I believe will benefit us all
We took the initiative to open this channel to create a platform where people can connect and explore opportunities in the tech industry specially women, whether before graduation or in the early stages of their careers, tho we have tried to create this in this community, being a Google-backed WTM Ambassador adds significant credibility I believe.
Story Time
I grow up being told to be number 1 from my class so my whole elementary school I was just focused to work hard n make my parents happy by being no 1 from class so ofc after high-school I was able to get on the top n was able to rank number 1, not only on my class I was top 3 from the section, so through that I guess I have made my parents happy( yemeselegnal 😁), also later in campus this mentality was continued, so I tried to balance the pressure of maintaining good grades while figuring out my future on my own.
After graduating, I realized how much easier things could have been if I exposed my self to different projects, communities even got mentors and strengthen my skill on different things, instead of juggling here and there, but I am not complaining I am so grateful for the path I have come across and if it wasn't for those path I wouldn't be able to make it here, it shaped me in a good way n I’m grateful to God for my achievements n failures because they r my own and I learn from it to be a better person............ but I believe it shouldn’t have to be this way for everyone.
Creating a better path
I learned many lessons from my journey and from my supportive friends/mentors (shout out to you guys), I genuinely don’t want the coming ppl in tech to face the same struggles as I do,even if this is a small thing to contribute i hope it gets bigger, and many ppl strengthen the community in a great way.........dnt get me wrong I am not saying I have figured it out all right now but at least I am happy with what I have currently thanks to God n the least I can do is try to solve the problems I have encountered.
The plan
I can't disclose all the plan but I guess we can one by one, I am not alone in this journey (shout out to the ppl who r in this together)
but currently we have planned to cover various tech fields in our online sessions. we’ll invite experts with strong foundations not only in Ethiopia but also from different places, to understand where the other world is.
shortly on the first phase we will try to cover not only Software Development, Mobile Dev but also Design, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity , AI/ML Research, Product Management, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and more (feel free to suggest additional topics n guests you would like in the channel)
Please share this group with your sisters, friends, and women across Ethiopia. this initiative is not limited to Addis Ababa we have bigger plans, and with God’s grace, we’ll grow together, we will also try to collaborate with other community across the world.
tho the focus is on empowering women, I don’t mind if men join the group too, as long as they understand that most content will be tailored toward women.

If you are a student pls show case your projects, build publicly. And participate in clubs, projects, internship even volunteer roles. Whatever you can find that is how you grow and got introduced to a lot of opportunities. You have no idea what you are missing.
