I am so, so thankful. What I’ve been through is unimaginable, and You carried me through it all, God. What You’ve done and what You’re still doing for me goes far beyond anything people ever put me through. What’s coming is far greater than what was lost, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.

I had just started reading one of my books and came across something so true that I had to share it. It said that it’s not always about having the right strategy, but also about the right timing. Even the best strategy can do harm when applied at the wrong time. Success, more often than not, is the result of timing not just hard work and strategy.

Let me add one more thing, this is my personal belief. Anyone in pursuit of success should know where their grace lies. Grace is the blessing that aligns you with the right time, the right place, and the right opportunities. Without it, life becomes a constant search fueled only by hard work. When you allow grace to touch your life, you no longer have to worry so much about timing it finds you.

Am I the only one who feels like the USD to birr rate doesn’t make sense anymore? Like the exchange rate isn't fair to me. Official or black market, a dollar just doesn’t have the same buying power it used to in Ethiopia.
