Nous sommes ravis.es de vous présenter la troisième édition du Queer Sex Workers Gathering à La Bassa Mar, qui aura lieu du 3 au 10 mai 2025 en Catalogne, en Espagne.
Il s'agit d'un rassemblement pour entrer en contact avec d'autres TDS, échanger des ressources et partager des compétences. C'est une invitation à se reposer et aussi à être créatif en tant que collectif, que ce soit par la conversation, l'expression artistique, politiquement, ou toute autre forme que nous créons ensemble. L'appel est ouvert à toutes les putes queer et trans*, inter, non-binaires... Nous sommes nombreux.ses ! Nous donnerons la priorité aux la participation de celles.eux d'entre nous qui sont plus vulnérables et qui ont moins accès à ce type d'espace.
Le rassemblement vit de l'auto-organisation et de la contribution, à la manière d'un bar camp. Nous sommes impatients de partager toute proposition que vous pourriez apporter avec vous, et nous déterminerons ensemble le programme exact à La Bassa.
Pour couvrir les frais de séjour et de nourriture sur place, nous demanderons des contributions dégressives.

La Bassa Mar collective is looking for a new member: trans*, inter or non-binary.
Transfems, BIPoC or migrants to the front!
We are looking for a person who wants to live with us and take care of this gathering and retreat community space, located in the countryside of Catalunya, two hours south of Barcelona on the coast.

At the moment we are looking for one more person to live permanently with us, who likes dogs, who likes to live collectively, that can imagine living in the countryside and at the same time enjoys being part of or interacting with large groups, and that ideally can drive/has a driving licence. Unfortunately, we cannot be many people on the site, that’s why we only look for one person, starting from May 2025 on (we are flexible with the dates). What we can offer are the same conditions the four people that are on site at the moment have, which means living in a caravan and having the basic food covered. Our work on the space is without monetary compensation, which is why we all need to leave the space from time to time, to work for money outside of La Bassa.
For this same reason, we are also looking for people who can join us temporarily when needed, for 1 or 2 months, with the same arrangement and conditions.

En estos momentos estamos buscando una persona más para vivir más permanentemente aquí, a la que le gusten los perros, que le guste la vida colectiva, que se imagine viviendo en el campo y al mismo tiempo disfrute formando parte o interactuando con grupos grandes y que idealmente pueda conducir/tenga carnet de conducir. Desgraciadamente, no podemos ser muchas personas en el sitio, por eso solo buscamos una persona, a partir de mayo 2025 (somos flexibles con las fechas). Lo que podemos ofrecer son las mismas condiciones que tienen las cuatro personas que están en el sitio en este momento, es decir, vivir en una caravana y tener la alimentación básica cubierta. Nuestro trabajo en el espacio es sin compensación monetaria, por lo que todes necesitamos salir del espacio de vez en cuando, para trabajar por dinero fuera de La Bassa.

We are happy to invite you to a trans*, inter, and queer space for those of us who currently are or have been directly affected by cancer. To exchange, relax, empower and learn from one another. To support each other in finding strategies to fight back not only the cancer but also the sexist, racist, ableist medical (and other) systems.
We will prioritize BIPoC and trans* people. Nobody will be left out for economical reasons, and we will try to accommodate any specific needs (dietary and otherwise) as much as we can.

un encuentro para descansar, apoyarse e intercambiar en la Bassa Mar
desde el 1 al 6 de julio
Nos hace ilusión invitarles a un espacio trans*, inter y queer para aquelles de nosotres que actualmente estamos o hemos estado directamente afectades por el cáncer. Para intercambiar, relajarnos, empoderarnos y aprender unxs de otres. Para apoyarnos mutuamente en la búsqueda de estrategias para luchar no sólo contra el cáncer, sino también contra los sistemas médicos (y otros) sexistas, racistas, capacitistas.
Priorizaremos a las personas racializadas y trans*. Nadie se quedará fuera por razones económicas, y trataremos de acomodar cualquier necesidad específica (dietética y de otro tipo) tanto como podamos.
