My two-month university break is also coming to an end. It feels as though it passed faster than the speed of light :)
I plan to write a post on my channel every day, but by the time I get through my priorities, both my time and my energy are completely gone.
Finally, over the weekend, I managed to sit down for a bit and organize everything I have been wanting to write. Because of that, there may be several posts in a row today, or I might schedule them across the weekdays - so stay tuned :)

Ikkala emotsiyani ham o'zimda his qilib ko'rganman, shu sabab bu haqida kuzatganlarimni yozmoqchiman.
Demak, FOMO dan boshlaymiz, bu his sizda bor qachonki, siz o'ta och bo'lsangiz yani ijtimoiy tarmoqda nimalar bo'layotganiga, do'stlar va yaqinlaringiz nimalar qilayotganiga, natijada xavotir/o'zini boshqalar bilan taqqoslash/kamchiliklar sezish o'zida/noshukrlik/doimiy telefonini tekshirish kabi zararli odatlar paydo qiladi.
JOMO bu - FOMO ga antidote. Bu aynan siz yashayotgan hayotdan/momentdan zavq olish, ko'proq aktiv hayot kechirish telefon va boshqa device lardan ajralgan holda. JOMO ni amaliyotda qo'llay olganlar emotsional intelligent bo'lishadi. Bu o'zini isolytasiya qilib olish emas, balki maqsadli tanlov qilish, vaqtni to'liq anglangan holda sarflash "consciously".
JOMO ning foydalari:
1. Kimki "Ulamolar nazdida vaqtning qadri" kitobini o'qigan bo'lsa, o'zi yashayotgan/unga berilgan vaqti haqida haqiqatda qayg'uradi va uni behuda narsalarga sarflashdan ehtiyot bo'ladi, vaqt shunday narsaki uni yo foydangizga yoki zararingizga ishlatasiz.
2. Currently taking part in the Allianz Technology (tech.allianz.com) Mentoring Program, focused on bridging academic learning with real-world tech & data practice .
We kicked things off with an opening ceremony on 15 January, followed by a Mentorship 101 Workshop on 21 January. The workshop covered how to approach mentorship in a structured and practical way from setting clear goals and preparing for sessions, to driving productive discussions and building a strong professional network. We were also introduced to the O.S.K.A.R. coaching framework, which is a useful way to structure development conversations and track progress over time.
I am glad to be mentored by Sam Matysen, whose background in enterprise data platforms, data strategy, and leadership brings a strong technical and organizational perspective to the mentorship.
Looking forward to learning more about how large-scale data platforms are built and governed, and to applying these insights alongside my studies over the next 4 months.

Kunlik meetinglarning foydasi: masofadan ishlaganda har bir update yoki masalani chatda yozib o‘tirishga vaqt ketmaydi, barchasini jonli muloqotda tezda hal qilib olasiz. Lekin yomon tomoni - ular vaqt va fokusning haqiqiy dushmani.
Tadqiqotlar va shaxsiy tajribamga ko‘ra: eng kamida 30 daqiqalik meetingdan keyin "Meeting Recovery Syndrome" kuzatiladi. Ya'ni, meeting tugasa ham, uning ta'siri yana 20–30 daqiqa sizni tark etmaydi. Endi 1 soatdan uzoq cho‘ziladigan meetinglarni tasavvur qilavering :)

Technological progress concentrates experiences to deliver stronger, faster gratification. This same mechanism that improves medicine and efficiency also turns mildly pleasurable things into addictive ones - alcohol into hard liquor, opium into heroin, simple games into engineered attention traps, food into hyper-palatable calories, and the Internet into a constant dopamine feed.
Because technology is accelerating, addictiveness is accelerating with it. More things we enjoy will become things we enjoy too much. Social norms and “antibodies” against new addictions (as with smoking) evolve slowly - on the order of decades or a century - while new addictive technologies emerge far faster. This creates a growing gap between what is statistically normal and what is functionally healthy.
As a result,
The core claim: in an increasingly addictive world, productivity and sanity will be defined less by what you use and more by what you refuse to use. If you are not seen as weird, you are probably over-consuming.

Impulsiv xarid psixologiyasi
Siz ham do‘konga faqat non uchun kirib, to‘la xalta bilan chiqqanmisiz? Yoki internetda shunchaki "surfing" qilib, keraksiz narsaga buyurtma berganmisiz? Ok, sizning aybingiz emas - bu miyangiz va marketing hiylalarining ishi.
Mana, impulsiv xaridlar ortidagi ilmiy haqiqatlar:
1. Aql va Hissiyot jangi (Tizim 1 vs. Tizim 2)
Bizning qaror qabul qilishimizda 2 ta tizim kurashadi. Tizim 1 - bu tezkor, hissiy va avtomatik reaksiyalar (masalan, "Qanday chiroyli tufli, hoziroq olaman!"). Tizim 2 - bu sekin va mantiqiy fikrlash ("Bu menga haqiqatan ham kerakmi?"). Impulsiv xarid paytida hissiyotlar (Tizim 1) mantiqni (Tizim 2) yengib chiqadi.
2. Dofamin tuzog‘i (dopamine trap)
Yoqtirgan narsangizni ko‘rganingizda, miyangizda dofamin (zavq gormoni) ajralib chiqadi. Qizig'i shundaki, dofamin narsani sotib olganda emas, balki uni sotib olishni "kutish" jarayonida eng yuqori darajaga chiqadi. Bu sizda kuchli istakni uyg‘otadi.
3. To‘lov og‘rig‘i (pain of paying)
Naqd pul to‘laganimizda miyamizning "Insula" deb ataladigan qismi faollashadi - bu qism jismoniy og‘riqni ham sezadi. Do‘konlardagi yoqimli musiqa, maxsus hidlar va yorug‘lik sizning o‘zingizni nazorat qilish qobiliyatingizni pasaytiradi. "Faqat bugun!", "Cheklangan miqdor!" kabi yozuvlar esa sun'iy shoshilinchlik (FOMO) yaratib, o‘ylashga vaqt qoldirmaydi.
Qanday himoyalanish kerak
24 soat qoidasi: Agar biror narsani qattiq xohlab qolsangiz, sotib olishdan oldin 24 soat kuting. Bu vaqt ichida hissiyotlar soviydi va "mantiqiy miya" ishga tushadi.
"Agar-Unda" rejasi: Oldindan reja qiling: "Agar chegirma ko'rsam, men telefonimni cho'ntagimga solib, do'kondan chiqib ketaman".
