Little optimization for Transsion OS
(XOS/HIOS/ITELOS)

• Fixes battery drain cause by some scheduler tweak
• [V8.1] Fixed device freezed in some scenarios
• [V8.1] Increase vfs_cache_pressure to improve efficiency
• Added ram tweaks, improving efficiency while reducing overhead
• Set perf_cpu_time_max_percent to 10
• Set sched_util_clamp_max to 1024
• Set sched_tunable_scaling to 2
• Set sched_latency_ns to 10000
• Reduce boot wait sleep to 20

Benefit:
• Improved UX And UI
• Disables Specific Transsion thermal configuration
• Optimized dalvik configuration
• Optimized kernel configuration
• Reduces CPU workload
• Enable freezer (a transsion feature to freeze app without root. On XOS For GT it got disabled by default.)

Performance = cause more heating

Testing HIOS15 for Infinix GT 10 Pro in progress... 🫠
