How To Flash: (clean flash)
- Boot into Custom recovery (twrp/orfox)
- Flash Vbmeta Disabler (Click here)
- Flash ROM zip
- Format data
- Reboot system

Dirty Flash step: (flash without format data)
- Boot into Custom recovery (twrp/orfox)
- Flash ROM Zip
- Wipe dalvik
- Reboot system

If for no reason it shows format data failed, do this:
• Advanced wipe > tick internal,data,metadata,dalvik > swipe
• Try performing a format data again
This should be fix the problem.
