Sometimes we warriors need a break. A time out from people, from helping, and from ignoring our own needs.
Sometimes, we just need to leave the outside world behind to recharge. We need have no attachment to the outcome, and we must always trust. This trust becomes stronger with practice, vigilance and determination. Oftentimes these times to recharge can be for days, weeks and sometimes months.
We must learn to discern when this is avoidance, and when its truly time in presence with what’s right in front of us. With practice we learn who we really are and we learn to trust this inward guidance and the outward help we are always receiving.
From these quests we come back a truer, stronger and more resilient version of ourself each time.
