Some say it's the Arbitrum team wallet, but labeled as Wintermute. They are still holding 1,755,588 (1.7 million) $ARB tokens.

The pressure can be seen in the price.

The current 24-hour $ARB volume is around $300m.

What effect would a $750m dump (as proposed for Arbitrum op costs $750m ) have on the price?

If the team is skilled and capable enough, they should provide clarifications that could indicate a local bottom in $ARB above $1.16. Otherwise, if they continue to be non-active with recent DAO activities and continue selling, it could lead to further price weakness and inner governance weakness of the DAO..
