You can remove dead pairs by clicking on the 'X' cross sign next to each one, as some pairs may have been delisted but still shown in the text file!

After setting up, narrow down and sort the list by Chg% > keep your focus on the first 10/20 tokens. If they are moving above 10% in green, the market is healthy and they can potentially perform better. Otherwise, stay flat as it could be due to a BTC correction or macroeconomic factors that are not favorable.

The list shows 24-hour returns, indicating what has pumped and what has dumped. If your focus is on longing only, you should see that BTC is healthy market-wise.
