读后感:脑残粉说难听点就是舔狗,所有人都可能在人生的某个阶段做某些人的脑残粉。一些人会慢慢觉悟接受所有人都不完美的现实,学会了对事不对人;但另外一些人仍然坚持对人不对事的“原则”。方舟子、罗永浩、崔永元、吴谢宇、王垠……的人生经历,向我们一再说明,所有的完美都是假象,每个人都有愚不可及的时候。
对待脑残粉要像对待无脑喷一样,忽略他们,或者告诉他们你也只不过是个普通人。想要取得显著的成就,就难免会碰到越来越多这样的人。而这样的人,如果不做出改变,一般难以取得大的成就。
喷子们一般都是怀才不遇的心态。我曾经是王垠的脑残粉,膜拜他的观点去学习Linux。但是这些年下来,我越来越发现他只是个自认为怀才不遇的喷子。他也许有很强的能力,有个引以为傲而大多数人都看不懂的“40行代码”,但除此之外,我很难说他还有啥我们这些平凡人可以学习的东西。
我建议背过屈原离骚的同学们早点淡忘掉他的牢骚,多向罗素老人家学习一些人生经验,或许会活得更幸福长寿!

Upward Bow Pose | Anatomical Analysis
This yoga pose, which also called the #wheelpose (Wheel pose) is an advanced yoga pose that stretches and opens the entire anterior chain of the body (in yellow), and simultaneously strengthens the elbow extensors, deltoid, gluteal muscles, and erector spinae. (in red and pink)
How to perform the Upward Bow Pose, step by step.
Stage 1:
Lie on your back.
Knees bent, feet parallel on the floor.
Heels close to the pelvis.
Flex elbows so that hands are placed beside the head with fingers facing the shoulders.
Stage 2:
Press your feet firmly against the floor
When exhaling – push the pelvis upward and raise the buttocks from the floor
Hands remain parallel
When exhaling – press the hands against the floor and raise the torso until the top of the head touches the floor.
Stage 3:
When exhaling – press feet and hands and push shoulders toward the back. Raise head while straightening the elbows.
