The group includes 121 prisoners serving life sentences and 79 serving high-sentence terms.

The distribution of life sentences among the released prisoners is as follows:

• 23 from Islamic Jihad
• 13 from Fatah
• 2 from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine
• 1 from the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine
