This is a movie review, well… kinda. But it’s more something I felt compelled to write for all of us who might be looking for some kind of inspiration in the face of enduring insanity.

Three weeks ago, I was strangely relieved when I fell ill as I had been going at it hard and needed not just to slow down but stop altogether. Unwittingly, over many months, I had taken on too many commitments and the cumulative stress of all the obligations suddenly hit me. When the last commitment was over, I unsurprisingly became sick 2 days later. “Yes!”, I told myself. I was so looking forward to resting my mind and body, completely vegging out and telling myself it was not just OK — but clearly necessary — to take a break from the daily grind of this insane information war our world had been plunged into.

Song Francisco was created in late 2021 out of a desire to express our melodic dissent against the insane “health” mandates imposed on city employees and other San Franciscans. Every Tuesday at Noon, dozens of anti-mandate friends have been gathering at San Francisco City Hall to sing both classic and contemporary songs of freedom, as they hold up signs for politicians, pedestrians and honking drivers alike to remind them that Sane Franciscans actually do exist. Choir practice happens at Analogue Saturdays in the Mission. Song Francisco was unwittingly featured in multiple New York Times articles and also in Steve Kirsch's substack!

Room With A View: I just got back from London after 3 weeks with my family who I had not seen for 3+ years. During that time I unwittingly became enchanted with the Quintessential English Garden Scene. And a film project was inspired.
