Self-control is a virtue you need to have if you want to be successful in anything. Many people are broke and poor because of a lack of self-control. You can give a broke man a million bucks and 99% of them will be broke again in 10 years. No self-control. No prudence.

Qualities in men that instantly earn them my respect:

- Keeps his word
- Prioritizes family
- Is solution-oriented
- Prioritizes his health
- Stands up for himself
- Doesn't put others down
- Fights back when needed
- Admits his fuck ups, is responsible.

Never lower your target, increase your actions.

Most family & friends don't actually want the best version of you,

They want the version of you that best serves them.

Losers sabotage themselves with victim mentality.

Don't be cheap when investing in yourself.

- Quality gym
- Quality food
- Quality books
- Quality clothes
- Quality coaches

Cheap investments mean cheap results.

If you don't want depression, modify your lifestyle:

- Quit porn.
- Journal daily.
- Prioritize sleep.
- Eat whole foods.
- Daily walks in nature.
- Ignore the news and politics.
- Resistance training 3-6x/week.

Pay the price now so you can pay any price later.

The best strategy to pick up a reading habit is:

Read What You Love Until You Love to Read.

Lower the bar to start.
Raise the bar once started.

“I’ll read one page,” to start. “I’ll finish the chapter,” once started.

“I’ll meditate one minute,” to start. “I’ll do five more,” once started.

The only real risk is taking no risks.

The only real failure is having no failures.

With the rate at which technologies are changing today,

If you decide that you are “done” learning, you will be left behind within a matter of years, if not sooner.

Never stop learning.

If you have no special talent;

- You wish you could be as creative as the influencers you see everyday.

- You struggle to define your purpose in life.

- You have big dreams but lack the creative spark to actualize them.

My advice;

- Pick a skill that is most aligned with your natural curiosity and interests.

- Practice for 2 hours everyday.

- Brand up on LinkedIn / Twitter.

- Post articles around your journey.

- Pitch yourself to potential employers every single day.


If you have too many talents;

- You are naturally good at a lot of things, which makes it hard to decide what to focus on.

- You’re constantly stressed by the pressure of too many choices.

- You can’t stick with one thing for too long.

My advice is;

- Accept and embrace your diversity.

- Keep experimenting until you find something you can’t do without.

- And stop judging yourself so hard. Trust your creative intuition.
