Healthy people who appreciate the gift of being alive the most once overcame a near-death experience or many diseases.

Calm people who nurture their peace of mind with the most self-discipline used to struggle with anger, anxiety, depression.

Loving people who treasure their family and friends the most know what it's like to feel alone and abandoned by all.

One of the biggest ironies in life is how most people can't appreciate what they have unless they have experienced the opposite first.

If you're bored, create something.

Anything.

Software. Designs. Photos. Videos. Writing. A business. A body. A relationship. A new way of thinking.

How can you not feel electric to wake up and have the ability to do whatever you want.

Always aim to get the most from the least

And what I mean by that is

Be efficient

If you can achieve the same outcome with two different quantities, the lower quantity is superior.

The law of diminishing returns and risk of overcorrection always applies.

Every rich person has lost money
