🚨🚨GAZA HAS NO FOOD OR WATER! 🚨🚨For more than 2 months, the Zionists have barred food, water, and medicine from entering Gaza. At least fifty seven children have died of imposed malnutrition, and half a million people face starvation.
In defiance of the democratic will of the student body and its own purported 'values', MIT refuses to divest and end its research engagements with the Israeli military. Shame on them, and shame on all the merchants of death. No science for genocide.

Daily reminder: MIT's computer science and AI laboratory (CSAIL) does drone swarm research sponsored by the Israeli military. Why are we doing research for a genocidal government starving Gaza to death?
If MIT doesn't end this, we will.

Some people will squeal "but this is academic freedom." Wrong. In the words of MIT student leader Ira Rubenzahl (SACC) in 1969: “One doesn’t have the right to build gas chambers to kill people.”
You don't have the right to build drones to kill people, either. End this now, or we will.

A growing chorus of voices across the world are scrutinizing MIT's ties to genocide and the Israeli military, even as the Zionist starvation of Gaza continues. If MIT aspires to be a "world-class" institution and attract global talent, it is time for its officials to follow the global calls to divest. It is time for MIT to make good on its values and follow its own students who have repeatedly expressed the majority's desire for ethical science.

In addition to English, we are also proud to release our report "MIT Science for Genocide" in Italian, Macedonian, and Albanian thanks to the pro bono work of the publishing house Logos-A in Skopje, Macedonia and Pagina Uno journal in Milan, Italy. We have made all translations permanently available on Internet Archive under the MIT Coalition for Palestine.

MIT is not just complicit—it’s a key player in the genocide of Gaza. From developing drone technologies with the Israeli Occupation Forces to partnering with Maersk (which ships the bombs and military cargo), MIT has aligned its science with a regime of horrific violence. We say no and are prepared to make great sacrifices to ensure our science supports life and the human flourishing for all.

MIT CLASS PRESIDENT SAYS: NO SCIENCE FOR GENOCIDE!!! ❤️🇵🇸 "Right now, while we prepare to graduate and move forward with our lives, there are no universities left in Gaza. We are watching Israel try to wipe Palestine off the face of the Earth, and it is a shame that MIT is a part of it. The Israeli Occupation Forces are the only foreign military that MIT has research ties with ... As scientists, engineers, academics, and leaders, we have a commitment to support life. Support aid efforts, call for an arms embargo, and keep demanding that MIT cuts the ties."
Universities like MIT virtue-signal supposed values -- and yet discipline its students for speaking out against the war crimes that the institute directly enables. What does it mean to protect international students when MIT won't acknowledge what they are fighting for? What does it mean to build a "better world" when Palestinians homes, families, and livelihoods are actively being ripped apart?

🚨 MIT BARS CLASS PRESIDENT FROM GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR PRO-PALESTINE SPEECH 🚨
Yesterday, MIT Class of 2025 President Megha Vemuri delivered a historic speech commemorating student action against Israel’s genocide of the Palestinian people, MIT’s research ties with the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMoD), and MIT’s ongoing suppression of pro-Palestine activism.
Today, MIT administrators have barred Megha from attending her own graduation ceremony in retaliation.
See previous post for speech in the caption.

MIT is directly complicit in the genocide in Gaza. MIT laboratories do research projects paid for and chosen by the Israeli military. Taking money from an army committing genocide, whatever the research, is unacceptable.

Here's a look at some of the lab directors doing this heinous and unacceptable research. Make their evils known! Eytan Modiano, Christopher Voight, and Daniela Rus.
