zbspac 需要运行在日语 locale （chcp 932）下才能正常解包 bsd 1+2 的文本，解包出来还是 UTF16，但是不能直接解包 bsdx 文本
bsdx 文本解包工具目前只有汉化组有。我看看能不能用 zbspac 源码糊一个。
