當有外來物件卡住喺扶手電梯嘅梯級，梯級可能會喺緩緩停低果陣翻起
卡住梯級的物件多數係外來嘅金屬螺絲，亦有機會係鬆身衣物、行李箱或者係BB車嘅車轆 ⚠️
所以喺各車綫上 329 條十分繁忙的扶手電梯，依家都加裝咗特別承托裝置，避免梯級翻起後，乘客有機會踏入機槽位置，以策安全 💚

Escalator steps will be flipped and misaligned when jammed by foreign objects although they would still be stopping gradually
Most of these foreign objects are metallic screws while loosening clothes, wheels detached from baby pram and suitcase are not uncommon
Special protective platforms will be installed on 329 very-busy escalators on all running lines to avoid passengers stepping into the escalator void when any steps flipped and misaligned

輕鐵 #元朗 站 5 號月台近車頭位置嘅無障礙通道，已經完成擴闊啦 🛣
月台上各種設施嘅位置會有啲調整，
而元朗站都恢復番以往嘅候車安排：
月台 5 - 路綫 761P 往天逸
月台 4 - 路綫 615 往屯門碼頭
月台 3 - 路綫 610 往屯門碼頭
月台 2 - 路綫 614 往屯門碼頭

#出大馬路佢係比較方便啲

東鐵綫各站的閘機已改用「事故模式」，乘客於出閘時毋須扣費
而頭等車廂則最多可接載 210 人，即普通等車廂的 ⅔
乘客可以盡量利用該車廂的空間，以避免於狹窄的月台停留，直至事故結束
