💎 Important announcement for MAI holders

As you know, a few weeks ago we announced a partnership agreement with a well-known DEX. As a result of discussing the requirements for this partnership, it became necessary to conduct an audit by market leaders to increase trust from major wallets. Additionally, we were able to lower the token requirement for the partnership to 7M (previously 8.5M).

At the moment, this is a key requirement for the decentralized exchange, and we intend to undergo this audit. Certik is widely recognized as a market leader in smart contract security, but the cost of requesting this audit is $14,000.

Our team's budget is around $10,000 per month (excluding salaries for staff members), with over 80% of it allocated to marketing. If we spend $14,000 from these funds, we will be left without marketing for almost 2 months, which would have a significantly negative impact on the project.

Since the team once again has 1.5M $MAI at their disposal, we have the opportunity to sell them to partially offset these expenses and maintain marketing at an acceptable level. Currently, at a 550k market cap, you would need about 42 BNB to buy 1.5M MAI on PancakeSwap. However, if you were to sell 1.5M MAI, you would receive 30 BNB due to the price impact. We would prefer not to sell on DEX, as it would lower the price of MAI.

Given the circumstances, we propose the following option:

The team directly conducts a transaction with one or two trusted holders outside of the exchange, in a way that gives a discount to anyone interested in buying $MAI, without providing an advantage to those who want to immediately sell $MAI on the market. For example, offering 1 lot of 1.5M MAI for 35 BNB, or 2 lots of 750k MAI for 17.5 BNB each.

This off-exchange transaction will not affect the chart and will allow the buyer to acquire $MAI at a lower price than the market. Additionally, this solution will bring us closer to the partnership.

Please note that this deal will cover a little over half of the audit expenses, allowing us to maintain marketing at an adequate level. Furthermore, the audit by Certik will significantly increase the attractiveness of the project.

To address any possible concerns about the sale of these tokens through PancakeSwap, we want to assure you that the team has no intention of doing so. If a buyer is not found, we will find another use for these tokens.

💎 Important message to MAI holders from the CEO of Multi AI

I'm sure each of you is wondering what is really happening with the project and how things are going now. From the very beginning, we have told you that Multi AI is primarily a platform, and then it is a token.

The platform is developing, we are adding models, improving the backend, preparing the website for the transition to v2 with minor design changes and improved optimization, and the number of regular users is continuously growing.

As for the MAI token, the situation here is quite inconvenient for us. To partner with DEX, we need about $70,000, of which $60,000 in MAI tokens, some of which were planned to be used for the liquidity pool. Considering the current market capitalization, $60,000 in MAI tokens is approximately 20М MAI. As you know, the team had 7M tokens, and we received another 4M from the latest unlocks. By the way, the staking rewards are not included in these 11M, as it was fully sponsored by the team's personal tokens.

As you understand, we cannot enter into this partnership with the current market cap. Even if we manage to return to ATH through marketing efforts (which is extremely difficult in the current market on the BSC network), by entering into such a partnership, we lose the opportunity to list on CEX. For example, to list on MEXC, we would need $60,000 worth of MAI tokens and $50,000 USDT. So, to enter into a partnership with DEX and list on one exchange, we need at least a 1.1M mcap, considering our current token reserves. However, after that, we will also lose opportunities for further development.

From all of the above, it follows that we can fully develop the project only with a significant reserve of tokens and stables. We consulted with some individuals in the T1 blockchain space, and together with the team, we came to the conclusion that we need to launch MAI on the Ethereum network. This action will allow us to attract finances for project development, provide a reserve of tokens for major partnerships and CEX listings, and attract major players who only participate in ETH projects.
