💎 Important announcement for MAI holders

Hey, Multi AI lovers! ❤️

I'm pleased to announce that this evening, we managed to reach a major partnership agreement that will be announced in the coming weeks. We are expecting a full-fledged partnership and marketing support from DEX, whose native token is held by hundreds of thousands of wallets. Additionally, their token is traded on every well-known CEX you are familiar with. But for now, we cannot disclose specific information.

Unfortunately, this required us to slightly modify the plans for the distribution of MAI tokens, as we will need ~8.5M MAI for this partnership (not for sale, of course).

Taking into account the recently unlocked 5M MAI, we currently have 10.5M MAI at our disposal, 1M of which will be distributed among the top 100 most active participants in Zealy. Since the effectiveness of Zealy is undeniable, we have decided to use the remaining 1M to reward the most active Zealy users in August under the same conditions as in July (100 winners with 10,000 MAI each).

If you are concerned about the CEX listing: another 5M MAI will be unlocked by the end of August, which should be sufficient for listing on several CEXs, considering the potential price of MAI during that period.

As you understand, staking will have to be cancelled. However, we are confident that through the upcoming partnership, we will significantly increase the number of MAI holders, and with the potential growth in the price of MAI, each of you will be able to earn much more than through staking, which hardly brings in new holders.

💎 The impact of market cap on holding requirements

As you may recall, we are using a hold-to-use model as an interim solution since the oracle and pay-per-use model have not been implemented yet. The requirements are set in MAI tokens and are not correlated with the dollar price, so we consider it a rational decision to adjust these requirements based on market cap.

In the table above, you can see the key milestones that will influence the holding requirements for using AI models.

Changes can occur in both directions and depend on what happens first. We believe that as the project grows, the requirements should be lowered to increase the potential number of users and reduce the entry barrier to an acceptable level.

💎 Important announcement for MAI holders

As you know, a few weeks ago we announced a partnership agreement with a well-known DEX. As a result of discussing the requirements for this partnership, it became necessary to conduct an audit by market leaders to increase trust from major wallets. Additionally, we were able to lower the token requirement for the partnership to 7M (previously 8.5M).

At the moment, this is a key requirement for the decentralized exchange, and we intend to undergo this audit. Certik is widely recognized as a market leader in smart contract security, but the cost of requesting this audit is $14,000.

Our team's budget is around $10,000 per month (excluding salaries for staff members), with over 80% of it allocated to marketing. If we spend $14,000 from these funds, we will be left without marketing for almost 2 months, which would have a significantly negative impact on the project.

Since the team once again has 1.5M $MAI at their disposal, we have the opportunity to sell them to partially offset these expenses and maintain marketing at an acceptable level. Currently, at a 550k market cap, you would need about 42 BNB to buy 1.5M MAI on PancakeSwap. However, if you were to sell 1.5M MAI, you would receive 30 BNB due to the price impact. We would prefer not to sell on DEX, as it would lower the price of MAI.

Given the circumstances, we propose the following option:

The team directly conducts a transaction with one or two trusted holders outside of the exchange, in a way that gives a discount to anyone interested in buying $MAI, without providing an advantage to those who want to immediately sell $MAI on the market. For example, offering 1 lot of 1.5M MAI for 35 BNB, or 2 lots of 750k MAI for 17.5 BNB each.

The offer is only valid for the next 24 hours. If you are interested in purchasing, please DM @Bartosz_Multi_AI to discuss the details (click only to avoid fake profiles).

This off-exchange transaction will not affect the chart and will allow the buyer to acquire $MAI at a lower price than the market. Additionally, this solution will bring us closer to the partnership.

Please note that this deal will cover a little over half of the audit expenses, allowing us to maintain marketing at an adequate level. Furthermore, the audit by Certik will significantly increase the attractiveness of the project.

To address any possible concerns about the sale of these tokens through PancakeSwap, we want to assure you that the team has no intention of doing so. If a buyer is not found, we will find another use for these tokens.
