Dat besef lijkt bij de Nederlandse overheid te zijn doorgedrongen, want het ministerie van Financiën is in januari een wetgevingsconsultatie gestart, die afgelopen vrijdag is gesloten. Op de consultatie zijn 36 openbare reacties binnen gekomen, die ik hier kort bespreek."
