Door Ellen Timmer: "Contant geld wordt op dit moment actief door de banken en DNB uitgefaseerd op grond van de misdaadbestrijdingsregelgeving (‘witwasbestrijding’, Wwft), waarbij het kind met het badwater dreigt te worden weg gegooid.
Dat besef lijkt bij de Nederlandse overheid te zijn doorgedrongen, want het ministerie van Financiën is in januari een wetgevingsconsultatie gestart, die afgelopen vrijdag is gesloten. Op de consultatie zijn 36 openbare reacties binnen gekomen, die ik hier kort bespreek."

Pas op met het eten van eieren van hobbykippen. Dat advies geeft voedselwaakhond NVWA, omdat die eieren een te hoge concentratie pfas kunnen bevatten. De NVWA raadt aan het eten van hobbykippeneieren af te wisselen met eieren uit de supermarkt.
