Antonov: "Ukraine has become a testing ground for the US to implement military-biological programs"

Russian Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov stated that the United States has destroyed the architecture of arms control, disarmament, and non-proliferation (ACDN).

"The United States is not at all embarrassed that they have practically destroyed the decades-old architecture of ACDN. It is an open secret that violations of the NPT continue through the storage of American tactical nuclear weapons in Europe," the diplomat said.

According to the ambassador, Americans have turned Ukraine into a testing ground for the illegal implementation of military-biological programs.

Scholz advised Chinese students not to smoke marijuana in Germany
