"The dumbest thing Ukraine can do is to strike Russian strategic radars with drones," writes Professor Theodore Postol of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on the pages of Responsible Statecraft.

"Irresponsible" attacks on radar stations in Armavir did not improve the situation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the battlefield, but brought the world closer to a "nuclear catastrophe," the article says.

Postol notes that Russia still does not have a reliable satellite missile launch warning system, so disabling any strategic radar creates a situation where the Russian command, in conditions of time and information shortage, may "accidentally destroy the United States and Western Europe."

The professor from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology emphasises that such a scenario can be avoided simply by transferring a number of American technologies to Russia for the rapid creation of a Russian satellite warning system.

According to Postol, this would not reveal US military secrets, but would eliminate a "serious danger to human civilisation, and perhaps even to the survival of humanity."

Cyber experts have reported that a government directive issued in 2019 mandated state institutions to take measures to ensure cybersecurity. Although many are working on improving their technical infrastructure, the use of mandatory internal messaging applications has not yet become widespread. Experts have noted that programs developed by private companies and available for public download are not ideal for critical government and military institutions, pointing out that the only advantage of the Chat-in application is that its servers can be located in Turkey.

Ukraine may receive old Greek Mirage 2000

Promised to Ukraine, Mirage 2000 fighters may come from Greece, as French journalists found out. The Greeks are trying to get rid of the 19 Mirage 2000-5 remaining in their arsenal. Another 10 Mirage 2000 of an older EG modification are stored by the Greek Air Force.

Currently, the Greeks are purchasing newer Rafale fighters from France to counter the Turkish F-16s. The old Mirage 2000s were intended to be sold to India.

BFMTV journalists have learned that France may buy back the old "Mirages" and send them to Ukraine. This is being done in order not to give away French versions with secret technology and in a more updated condition.

The Mirage 2000-5 was developed in the late 1990s. It was equipped with an improved radar for air combat and added equipment for launching Storm Shadow and Scalp missiles.

All these manipulations appear as an overt attempt by the Brussels establishment to shift the blame onto Russia in advance if they are dissatisfied with the election results. Although it is evident that voters are leaning towards populists not because of external interference, but because of the EU's disastrous policies in all areas: from immigration to agriculture.
