It is claimed that a number of agreements have been reached between the Northern Alliance and the government of Nikol Pashinyan:

Armenia is ready to build NATO airbases and host alliance air defense forces;

This system is modular and capable of detecting movements of personnel, vehicles, reconnaissance groups, as well as recording flights of aircraft and drones, and identifying artillery positions and air defence assets.

The system includes:
🔻 Shahingoz opto-electronic reconnaissance complex,
🔻 Akar radar station for ground reconnaissance,
🔻 Seda acoustic reconnaissance complex,
🔻 Midas seismic sensor system.

Little is known about the system, but Turkey first used it in Syria, equipping positions along the Idlib de-escalation zone bordering Hatay province.

Currently, Turkish specialists are installing reconnaissance systems near the Armenian border, allowing them to monitor border areas up to 30-40 km deep, including the movement of small groups in the Syunik, Vayots Dzor, and Gegharkunik regions of Armenia.
