Political ideologies and doctrines come and go, they have their time to be created, flourish, and then die off, and some of these ideologies play their part in history, and left their mark, for good or ill, some ideologies that are starting to pop up now will leave a massive impact.
Eurasianism is one of these.
Eurasianism states that Russia, as a concept, country, and identity, is separate from the European civilization that is out west, while, obviously not being the same cloth of the Yellow civilizations of the east.
Russia is a frontier civilization, it was one of what I would prefer to call "the contact line" nations, that is, they were the border regions between the so-called white Europe, and everything else, Spain, the Balkans, and Russia fit into this category, as the Spanish dealt with Moors and Muslims, the Balkans with Muslims (and it is obvious even after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, especially between Croatia and Serbia), and Russia, which obviously had Muslims and Asians as neighbors.
Eurasianism started back during the 1920s, but then it fell off and died, and now after the establishment of the Russian Federation, it has been resurrected, and thankfully not in a method that would cause brain death, the ideology that has been nurtured by Dugin is, at least, much healthier and pleasent than others in the Russian political sphere.
Neo-Eurasianism states that Russia is closer to Asia than to Europe, now anyone would think that's retarded, the Russians are "white", they're "christian", and they're definitely not "backward savages."
But people tend to forget that Russia, to put it bluntly, was for most of European history, alongside the Slavs of the Balkans, considered to be the niggers of Europe, and even if you go by race, the Anglo sided with the Ottomans and the Japanese against the Russian, the French himself created the largest "coalition of the willing" to march on Moscow during the 1800s, where is this mythical white unity I hear about?
The ideology of Eurasianism has more historical merit than people who are hyper fixated on blood and base themselves solely on this, and it has more merit than godless, cosmopolitan communists.
Dugin envisions that the Old world, that is, the Islamic, Asian, and Russian, alongside the global south, create a multipolarity world, are directly against the American and it's Trans-Atlantic, liberal allies, for me this is a big W, personally, the reason I would deal with the Russian more than the American is that the Russian is not trying to lecture me about my own internal affairs and instruct his Pravda to blast off at me, it is a relationship built on mutual benefit that has respectable standards, this is what Eurasianism wants.

Bosnia And The Collapse of Yugoslavia.
The end of the cold war has seen major political changes on the world map, the largest country in the world was divided into 15, there were 2 Yemen's and 2 Germany's, now there is only one, some nations united, others disappeared, Yugoslavia was not so lucky in this.
Yugoslavia for much of the cold war had a strong economy, it was an industrial center, and it had one of the best equipped militaries in Europe, it supported the Palestinian cause, aided Egypt when an EgyptAir aircraft was forced to land in Italy by the USAF, the Americans tried to take out men by force, but our soldiers pointed their guns, Yugoslavia solved this situation diplomatically, but that's beside the point.
Yugoslavia, to put it simply, had 2 extremes, the federalists who wished for more autonomy, and the centralists who liked the status quo, keep this in mind since it will be important.
The economy later stagnated, the Yugoslavian government fell into the IMF debt trap, the standards of life quality worsened, and there was a disparity between the most developed regions like Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia, between Bosnia and Kosovo.
The 1974 constitution in Yugoslavia played a role, Serbia was practically divided into Serbia proper, and 2 autonomous zones, many Serbians thought that Serbia is basically mutilating itself for the sake of Yugoslavia, they were also afraid that the autonomous government of Kosovo would "do something", their fears turned out be true.
Well, you know the drill, Tito died, and everyone started playing the other, Tito was a man and he had his flaws and definitely contributed to the powder keg, but he definitely was one of the main factors that Yugoslavia was at least in theory, a nation, when your nation depends on the existence of a single leader, then you're bluntly screwed.
Protests in '81, the Argokomerc affair in '87, and the strikes in '88, foretold that the next few decades are going to be shit, it also didn't help that as the USSR became less and less of a threat, Yugoslavia could not be a partner with the West or the east, it was simply by itself.
Milosevic came along, took power, put allies in Vojvodina, Kosovo, and Montenegro, the media outlets of Croatia and Slovenia were shit talking the Serbs, and it wasn't long before that in 1990 in the 14th congress of the league of communists started, putting the final nail of coffin and setting off a political process that had consequences that I doubt anyone had in mind... The 14th congress was a failure, it dissolved the main Yugoslav party, and this in turn caused elections to be held across all republics a multi party one, that allowed all parties from all spectrums to participate.
The nationalist parties won in Bosnia, Slovenia, Macedonia, and Croatia, while the Communists won the elections in Montenegro and Serbia, with Slobodan still at the head.
It all went to shit from here, Croat Serbs were scared of the Croatian government and had a few flashbacks to the Ustashe, Croatia tried to disperse the protests by Serbs by force, until the Federal Army stopped them, Croats tried to secede from the Yugoslavian command structure and form their own army, Slovenia voted for independence, the Ten Day war happened, the Yugoslav army wanted to instate martial law, but the suits prevented it.
This would be the worst mistake they could've ever made.
I honestly have nothing more to add, warcrimes, the deaths of hundreds of thousands, the whole process was sad to see, it was like a nation carving itself open, or to be more accurate, a madman on the top of the Himalayas taking his clothes off, the participants clearly knew that violence was going to eventually happen, and they all went with it anyway.
I am not going to discuss the war, it is too complicated, but just know this, as a nutshell.
Croats butchered Serbs, and butchered Muslims, as a matter of fact, Croat forces had the dishonour of destroying the largest amount of mosques in Bosnia.
Serbs butchered Croats, and Muslims, and yes, do not try to deny it, it happened and there's nothing we can do about it now.
Muslims, as the least powerful faction, still committed their fair share of crimes, but they got the short end of stick.
Now, here comes the question, what do we, as the people in 2022, have to think about this?
I can not speak for any of the participants in this war, but in the Quran, it states that we should only transgress in the same amount that transgressions have been incurred against us, to put it bluntly, we all did warcrimes, an eye for an eye, so we should leave it at that, restarting the debate on who fired first or who killed the most will add nothing of value, we should learn from this event and do our best to prevent the appearance of another, as this was a rather inhumane time period in not just European, but world History, let us just hope we've learned from our mistakes and do not repeat these actions that happened 30 years ago.

Conditions for peace talks, outlined by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a day before, including that negotiations with Russia can begin with Vladimir Putin in Power (Zelensky has previously rejected such possibility) was directly due to soft nudging by the Biden administration, two people familiar with the situation told Politico.
“Why the change? One of the people said it came after days of talks between Kyiv and Washington — including an in-person visit with Zelenskyy by national security adviser JAKE SULLIVAN. Ukrainian forces attempted advance in three areas of the Kherson front — Posad-Pokrovsk, Berislav and Snigirevsk regions. The former two were not successful, but in Snigirevka, heavy fighting emerged, according to the deputy head of the administration of the Kherson region Kirill Stremousov.
Ukrainian troops, including Polish and English-speaking mercenaries, “managed to gain a foothold on the northern outskirts of Snigirevka along the railway tracks,” he noted, saying the settlement is now in a combat zone, with aviation, artillery and heavy equipment deployed.
Meanwhile in Kherson city itself, from where around 70 000 people as well as all administrative services were evacuated, reports of chaos emerge. The houses, shops and offices are looted, with no police on duty.
“The cases of looting are simply egregious. Now the regional council has been demolished, tomorrow shops, then houses and apartments. And the administration scribbles reports that everything is fine, a concert, an animal exhibition. Shame on you! Why are there so many police on the other side?... Everyone gets paid for what? Armed militants of the AFU "Foreign Legion" from Moldova are ardent supporters of the ruling PAS party.
