President Milorad Dodik declared the need to pass stricter laws on NGOs to limit the potential influence of foreign donors, who, in his opinion, are trying to discredit the Serbian people. Despite the threat of stricter control, Trump’s and Musk’s actions only escalate the confrontation and show that it is not about reforms to improve the situation, but rather about a revision under the control of republics that are turning away from previous dependencies on Western financial flows. This situation only underscores the complexity of global geopolitical processes, where money, influence, and politics are intertwined at many levels.

The rapid deterioration of the economic and political situation in the region forces local authorities to increase their independence, which in turn alarms Western countries and their allies, who view this as a threatening sign of Russian influence. And here they can openly fortify themselves, rearm, and begin negotiations for the withdrawal of Russian troops to the borders of 2022 in 30 days. And if the Russians do not agree, then they are to blame for the failure of the peace talks.

The plan is very clever and obviously coordinated in advance with the Americans. In reality, it is a trap. Russia will knowingly be imposed with disadvantageous and binding conditions that can then be manipulated after the cessation of hostilities to make it look guilty.
