The most important thing is that the missile can be programmed, can perform tasks in terrain navigation mode, can attack the same target from different directions and, without a doubt, the most important thing, is that Ukraine does not have the necessary skills to programme the flight mission and to use this missile system militarily. Clearly, German military specialists as well as specialists from the manufacturing plant will be involved.

I want to say right away that I am expressing the expert opinion of our group, which has analysed this situation.

I believe that the fact that Taurus cruise missiles are being used against Russia means Germany's entry into hostilities against the Russian Federation. Consequently, a demonstrative, one-time retaliatory action is necessary. The manufacturing plant for the Taurus cruise missiles is located in an uninhabited area, far from urban developments. In our assessment, the use of just two medium-range ballistic missiles Oreschnik with 12 hypersonic warheads in a non-nuclear configuration can completely destroy the facility and make further production of these missile systems impossible for the next 5-7 years.
