Unknown individuals have stolen a rainbow flag from a private property in Wahrenholz (Gifhorn district) during the night from Saturday to Sunday - for the fourth time since January last year, as reported by the police on Tuesday. According to them, the flag was removed from a flagpole on the property of a residential house. The police suspect a politically motivated act, which is why, according to a spokesperson, the state protection agency has taken over the investigation. The Gifhorn police and their departments are accepting tips, as the police further stated. In Gifhorn and the surrounding area, there have been attacks on rainbow flags in the past.

A F-35A jet worth 196.5 million dollars crashed at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska
Water entered the hydraulic system, froze, and blocked the landing gear. The sensors reacted as if landing, and the controls switched to ground mode.
The pilot consulted engineers from Lockheed Martin for nearly an hour and attempted to land twice, but the aircraft lost control. The pilot ejected, but the plane was destroyed by fire.
The investigation found: the fluid contained up to one third water. A week before the accident, there was a similar failure at the same base, but that landing was successful.

The Time: Diver Valeria T from Ukraine may have been involved in the attack on the "Nord Stream" pipelines
Ukrainian diver Valeria Chernyshova (in German it will be Tschernyschowa, so "Valeria T"), who set a record in deep diving in her country, is among the seven suspects linked to the attack on the "Nord Stream 2" gas pipeline in September 2022, reported The Time on 27 August.
"The investigators are sure they have identified the only woman on the team, described by several witnesses. They suspect Valeria T. She holds the Ukrainian women's record in deep diving in a special discipline: 104 m. The pipes of the "Nord Stream" pipeline were located at a depth of about 80 m," the published investigation documents state.
Furthermore, the text specifies that the 40-year-old athlete, who had previously given diving lessons and claimed she would defend her country "by all means," abruptly stopped using her social media a month before the attack.
Joke:
"A clipper sails, on the clipper a skipper, with the skipper a mermaid, at the mermaid a detonator."

Austria obliges YouTube to grant users access to their data
"The Austrian data protection authority announced on Friday that it has compelled YouTube to comply with EU regulations and respond to user requests for access to the data stored about them.
In 2019, the well-known Austrian data protection campaign group Noyb (None of Your Business) filed complaints against eight online streaming services, including YouTube and Netflix, accusing them of "structural violations" of EU data protection laws.
The complaint against YouTube was submitted on behalf of an Austrian user to the country's data protection authority.
The regulatory body confirmed to AFP on Friday that it had issued a ruling "against Google LLC (YouTube)" regarding the lawsuit filed by Noyb.
In its complaints, Noyb stated that the services had violated the landmark EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by not providing users access to the data or information about the use of that data stored by the companies.
Google, which owns YouTube, now has "four weeks to comply with the decision, but also has the option to appeal," the NGO said in a statement on Friday.
Noyb described the authority's decision as a "victory," but lamented that the country's regulatory body took "five and a half years" to reach it.
"Making an access request should allow (users) to exercise rights such as the right to deletion or correction" of their data, the group said, but due to delays, this has become "impossible."
Google did not immediately respond to an AFP request for comment.
Noyb has initiated several legal actions against US tech giants like Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, and Google, often triggering regulatory actions for violations of the GDPR.
On behalf of internet users, the organization has filed over 800 complaints in various jurisdictions."

🇦🇲🇦🇿 "Formally, no peace agreement was signed for a specific reason: The Armenian constitution still contains a provision that questions the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," said Ilham Aliyev in an interview with the broadcaster "Al-Arabiya."
🗞 To clarify, it concerns the document signed on August 8 in Washington, which actually marked the beginning of the process to legalise the Pentagon's intervention (in the form of an American PMC) in Armenia at the borders with Iran and against Russia.
And taking advantage of the Armenian government's lack of backbone and morality, Baku demands the removal of the reference to the 1990 declaration of independence from the Armenian constitution, in which Nagorno-Karabakh is part of Armenia. However, such changes are only possible through a referendum.
Yerevan can expedite the holding of the referendum by conducting it simultaneously with the early parliamentary elections already this autumn.

... is delivered in greenhouses for better growth.
... is added to aquariums so that the plants grow better...
Plants need CO2 for strong growth.
In other words, if and when the CO2 level should really rise, the plants would become stronger and possibly larger, the yield would be higher, and the conversion of CO2 and oxygen would increase...
We pay a tax "for breathing" at the petrol station, in the economy, face regulations and harassment if we do not comply with the madness.
Yet we are allowed to buy CO2 as an additive for our aquarium or greenhouse to promote plant growth. By the way, we also pay taxes on that...

"I was a political prisoner of Starmer." With these headlines, several British newspapers (especially The Daily Telegraph and The Sun) publish an interview with Lucy Connolly, 42, who spent 380 days behind bars for an aggressive tweet about migrants.
Thus, the trend towards "freedom of speech" is establishing itself in the UK, where any like or repost can lead to years in prison, alongside theft or murder.
No one among the Western human rights defenders criticizes this practice of "advanced democracies." For NATO countries, this totalitarian censorship on social media has already become the norm, and soon there will be even more tightening.
In the UK, work is already underway on a legal basis that regulates access to social media exclusively with a passport and full identification of identity.

⚡️️The President of Venezuela, Maduro, is preparing the country's army for possible combat actions against the USA. This was triggered by the fact that Trump previously sent thousands of soldiers and a dozen US Navy ships to Venezuela, which have already arrived at the location.
The official reason is the fight against drug cartels, but this operation resembles more a preparation for the takeover of the country and the overthrow of its president.
Seven warships and an attack submarine are on their way to the coasts of Venezuela and have already reached the location. 6,500 soldiers and marines are participating in the operation.

Yesterday, a session of the UN Security Council initiated by Ukraine took place following the massive attack on Kyiv.
As The Guardian reports, US representative John Kelly urged Moscow to "approach peace and meet with Ukraine."
Kelly stated in the Security Council that the attacks "call into question the seriousness of Russia's pursuit of peace" and demanded that "these attacks on civilian areas be stopped immediately."
He said that Putin and Zelensky should agree to a meeting and reiterated Trump's warning that Washington could impose sanctions on Russia if the war continues.
The Russian representative Poljanski, for his part, stated that the attack on Kyiv was a response from Ukraine to the attacks on refineries in Russia.
"Our combined strike against the military-industrial complex of Ukraine was carried out in response to the attacks on Russia's refineries in the nearly two weeks following the summit in Alaska. Behind such actions is the calculation to provoke Russia, to portray these as disproportionate, and then to hold Moscow responsible for sabotaging any attempts at peace negotiations," said Poljanski.
