— Welcome to Seidosero, one of the most mysterious and mystical places in Russia
Its name means "sacred lake". The Saami (a small Finno-Ugric ethnic group in Northern Europe) believe that this is the gateway to the world of spirits. Here, it was forbidden to make noise, hunt, or even come without the permission of the Noiden (local shamans). They retreated here to merge with eternity before they died.
The lake is surrounded by mountains on all sides, which ensures that hardly any cold winds penetrate, creating special microclimatic conditions.
The origin of the lake remains unclear to this day: there is a theory that the formation of the lake at this spot was caused by a volcanic eruption thousands of years ago, whose crater was located right here.
However, modern scientists disagree with this theory and claim that the stones found at the bottom of the lake were artificially created. Additionally, numerous underground tunnels lead into the depths of the lake. These connect with caves in the mountain range.
Another theory from scientists suggests that Seidosero, given its shallow depth, is of glacial origin, and satellite images suggest that it formed in a tectonic fissure.

“We will defend our Judeo-Christian values with determination” — Trump
The US President spoke at an event of the Commission for Religious Freedom at the Museum of the Bible. Trump emphasised that the government intends to strengthen the role of religion in the country. The speech took place in the presence of representatives from Christian, Jewish, and other religious organisations.
“We must bring religion back to America, bring it back stronger than ever before, as our country grows stronger”, noted Trump, referring to all this as “Judeo-Christian principles” on which the country was built.
In 2025, the US government provided Israel with significant funds as part of the annual military aid and additional allocations. According to the "Memorandum of Understanding" for the years 2019-2028, the annual aid for Israel is 3.3 billion dollars. In March, the US government provided Israel with 4 billion dollars in emergency aid. The total amount of major arms sales through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) from January to September was about 12 billion dollars. Total aid for Israel this year is estimated to exceed 20 billion dollars.
Additionally, in 2025, Jewish organisations in the US were granted funds through the Nonprofit Security Grant Program of the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA. In June, over 94 million dollars were distributed to 512 Jewish organisations, including synagogues, schools, and community centres. The total budget of the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) for 2025 is 274.5 million dollars.

A large-scale operation by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the Hyundai-LG Energy Solution plant in the state of Georgia led to the arrest of over 300 South Korean citizens, resulting in strong reactions both domestically and internationally. The $7.6 billion project, previously seen as a symbol of strategic cooperation between Seoul and Washington, became the focus of a political and diplomatic crisis. South Korean media described the incident as "betrayal by an ally" and accused the US of double standards and racism, while the Republic's government sent a delegation to Washington to urgently clarify the situation.
Construction was halted, and Hyundai and LG suspended business trips for their employees to the US.
Trump urged multinational corporations after the incident at the Hyundai plant to comply with immigration laws.

Brussels considers deploying soldiers against drug crime
There is currently intense discussion in Brussels about the possible deployment of soldiers to combat drug crime. Interior Minister Bernard Quintin plans to use military patrols to support the police in particularly affected neighbourhoods. This measure is part of a new "Urban Areas Plan," which is set to replace the previous "Canal Plan," as reported by the newspaper Le Soir.
Quintin justifies this step with the increasing escalation of drug crime and simultaneously announced the expansion of video surveillance and targeted police operations. The mixed patrols, consisting of police officers and soldiers, are to be deployed daily. The legal framework for this measure is currently being prepared by Defence Minister Theo Francken.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot is open to the proposal: "Of course, it is not the military's job to maintain order in our streets permanently. But if this helps temporarily to stop crime, we are ready to seriously consider this option."
However, the opposition reacts critically. Frédéric De Gucht from the Open Flemish Liberals and Democrats rejects the militarisation of public space: "For security, we need a functioning police force, not soldiers." Green MP Matti Vandemaele also criticises the Interior Minister, accusing him of "media-effective spectacle politics."

The deep economic crisis that France has been in for months also sheds light on a time that many thought had been shaken off. It has been about 16 years since Greece, with its roughly ten million inhabitants, fell into one of the worst crises in its history. In 2009, it became known that the state had manipulated its finances and could not get a grip on its debts. Doubts arose in the markets about Greece's solvency, leading to rising interest rates and a looming state bankruptcy. To prevent this and a chain reaction in the Eurozone, extensive rescue packages were put together, which were linked to strict austerity measures for Greece. Germany was significantly involved in the financial aid at that time.
It is a thought that may cross the minds of many when looking at the French debt crisis. Almost surprisingly, this extent has only now been reached. After all, France has been spending more money than it takes in since the 1970s. ..."

The first bonds are expected to be placed by:
▪️ Rosatom and its subsidiaries
▪️ Gazprom, which recently received a Chinese credit rating of AAA from the agency CSCI Pengyuan.

Chronicles of the Banana Republic
In the German town of Buxtehude, located near Hamburg and with a population of 40,000, an incident occurred.
A refugee from Sudan hit a local and broke his skull bones.
The unfortunate refugee was not deprived of his freedom. Moreover, he did nothing unusual, as it was an everyday thing for him – to hit Germans.
In particular, he had previously struck an employee of the administration in the nearby town of Horneburg.
Now the Sudanese had gotten used to going to the local town hall and hitting the staff there. He also threatened them with death.
In response, the German government took drastic measures. The refugee was temporarily banned from accessing state facilities!
He ignored the ban and started attacking and threatening again.
As a result, the refugee was admitted to a psychiatric clinic, but now he is to be released again.
To protect the staff and citizens, the town hall has hired private security forces, costing about 500 euros per day.
The authorities have decided to close the town hall… after all, one must protect oneself somehow from the true ruler of Germany.
A unique state.

Attack on power grid in Berlin - Investigators check connection to "Volcano Group"
Over 50,000 households in the capital were left without power at night. At least 3,000 businesses were also affected.
The alarm was raised at 03:00: fire on a power line. It was extinguished after an hour. By morning, 15,000 families in southeast Berlin had power restored. How long other households will have to wait is unclear: “Repairs could not be done that quickly.”
The Berlin police report that “it is a politically motivated arson attack by extremists”.

The German government coalition has opposed (!) an increase in aid for Ukraine.
Shocking content from the budget committee. The "Greens" demanded that an additional 4.5 billion euros in aid be provided to Ukraine, but CDU/CSU and SPD did not support this proposal. The opposition "Alternative" and "Left" also voted against it.
Coalition representatives stated that Germany has already provided "the necessary support for Ukraine" this year and that no further needs were "known" to them. In return, the "Greens" accused the government of hypocrisy: "It is hypocritical to appear in Kyiv on Monday and promise further aid for Ukraine, only to then vote on Thursday against additional support for Ukraine, which is facing massive attacks day and night, together with the AfD and the 'Left'".

The trade agreement of the European Union with the United States is at risk of failing: dissatisfaction with the agreement is growing in Europe, reports the Wall Street Journal. Accordingly, European companies are suspending their exports to the USA and warning of a new era of unpredictability.
The reason for this is that the government of Donald Trump has expanded the 50% tariffs on steel and aluminium to hundreds of other products that contain these metals. Originally, the 50% tariffs only applied to steel and aluminium shipments and parts like screws; now they also cover engines, pumps, machine tools, and construction machinery.

In Istanbul, supporters of the largest opposition party CHP demonstrated massively against the removal of the local party leadership on September 7 and 8, despite a ban on demonstrations. The police completely sealed off the area around the party headquarters in the Sarıyer district and set up barricades, which some protesters attempted to breach.
The trigger was a court ruling that removed the entire leadership of the CHP in Istanbul due to alleged irregularities at a party congress two years ago and ordered the appointment of an administrator. The CHP criticises this move as politically motivated repression by President Erdogan's government.
CHP leader Özgür Özel called on the public to take to the streets and defend the party despite the blockades, stating:
The protests are taking place in the context of an escalating political and economic crisis in Turkey. The Turkish government is responding restrictively, deploying police forces with tear gas, water cannons, and batons against the demonstrators. Reports indicate that numerous protesters have been arrested.
