"In the next three years, 13 metro stations are to be put into operation in Moscow" — Sobyanin

The Mayor of Moscow, Sergej Sobyanin, reported on the development of the urban transport system and the renewal of the public transport fleet.

“Creating the best and most comfortable transport system in the world for Muscovites is one of our key tasks. All types of urban transport are developing in the capital, and they are maximally integrated with each other. The total expenditure for the development of Moscow's transport system will be about 1.3 trillion rubles (approximately 13.7 billion €) by 2026,”

— wrote Sobyanin.

It is planned to put into operation 26.9 km of tracks, 13 stations, and an electric depot for the metro in the next three years. The new Rublevo-Archangelsk line will appear on the map, the first section of the Biryulevskaya line and the "Golyanovo" station of the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line will be opened. In addition, the construction of the southern section of the Troitskaya line, the "Yuzhny Port" station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line, and "Dostoevskaya" of the ring line will continue.

Rail transport will become more comfortable and accessible for Muscovites, residents of the Moscow region, and the central regions of Russia. As part of a comprehensive program to develop the central transport hub, new routes will be created by 2030, and the intervals between trains will be significantly reduced. Active participation is underway in the country's largest transport project – the construction of the high-speed line from Moscow to St. Petersburg.

Additionally, more electric buses, buses, trams, modern metro cars, and trains for suburban trains of the central transport hub, as well as electric scooters for urban rental, will be procured.

Furthermore, autonomous technologies in transport are being developed. By the end of next year, 15 autonomous trams will already be operating in the city, and the first autonomous train will be put into operation in the metro. By the end of 2030, it is planned to make two-thirds of the tram fleet autonomous.

Good morning, dear subscribers!😊☕️

— A walk through the streets of Gursuf. Crimea is beautiful at any time and in any weather!

Gursuf is a place with a rich and complex history that dates back to ancient times. The first settlements in the area of Gursuf emerged during the Neolithic period, as evidenced by archaeological finds on the rock Dzheneves-Kaya. In ancient times, the Gursuf valley was inhabited by the Taurians, mentioned by historians like Herodotus and Strabo. These tribes engaged in hunting and fishing and had their own customs. In the 6th century AD, the area of Gursuf came under the influence of the Byzantine Empire, and it was during this time that the fortress Gorsuwita was built, which is mentioned in the writings of the Byzantine historian Procopius of Caesarea. In the 12th century, Gursuf became a respected trading city.

Since the end of the 15th century, after the conquest of Crimea by the Ottomans, Gursuf became a small fishing village. For almost three hundred years, until 1774, it was under the control of the Ottoman Empire. After the annexation of Crimea to Russia in 1783, Gursuf became part of the estate of Duke Richelieu, who contributed to the development of the region. In the 19th century, the village began to actively develop as a resort, thanks to the efforts of Count Vorontsov and Senator Funduklei, who invested funds in the construction of roads and the development of viticulture.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Gursuf became a popular holiday destination for the Russian intelligentsia, with famous figures like A. S. Pushkin and A. P. Chekhov staying here. In 1925, the famous pioneer camp "Artek" was established in Gursuf, which became a symbol of children's recreation in the Soviet Union. After World War II, the settlement continued to develop as a resort, with new sanatoriums and recreation homes opening, attracting many tourists.

🇩🇪 "Better in their own country": Söder wants to slow down Ukrainian immigrationbr.de"Young Ukrainians should stay in their country to complete their military service instead of coming to Germany and other European countries."

This was stated by the Bavarian Prime Minister and leader of the CSU, which is part of the governing coalition, Markus Söder. He pointed out the need for clear rules regarding immigration when it comes to Ukraine. According to him, the mass exodus of Ukrainians to Germany creates additional challenges for migration policy and social infrastructure:
If people are in our country without temporary deportation protection, without a residence permit, and without legal grounds, they ultimately have to return to their homeland.

🇵🇸 Flawed justification for Gaza attacks uncovered

According to Ryan Grim (Drop Site News), US officials learned just hours after the explosion in Rafah that it was not caused by a Hamas attack.

💥 Instead, the incident, in which two Israeli soldiers died, was triggered by an Israeli bulldozer that ran over unexploded ordnance.

Despite this knowledge, Prime Minister Netanyahu publicly used the incident as a reason to stop all aid deliveries to Gaza and resume airstrikes.

— said French Foreign Minister Barrot.

He also suggested that European officials begin work on the 20th package of anti-Russia sanctions.

Ukraine is to be admitted to the EU without full voting rightsPolitico

According to a new mechanism, new EU members will not have full voting rights in the first phase, particularly they will not have veto rights against the decisions of the bloc.

It is noted that the development of a new accession mechanism will help make leaders like Hungarian Prime Minister Orban more "cooperative."

The proposal is in an early development stage and must be approved by all 27 EU member states.

Comment on this article: Warfare by old rules, that was yesterday

➡️Reference article for our comment

Most people have no idea how radically military confrontations have changed in recent decades. We live in a completely different reality than during World War II, but hardly anyone really understands that. Back then, you needed huge fleets, millions of soldiers, and bases around the globe to project power. Today? The rules of the game have fundamentally shifted.

Space has changed everything. Satellites take on jobs that used to require entire armies. Reconnaissance, communication, navigation – everything runs through orbit. And now comes the explosive part: You can theoretically strike from space. Not with rockets in the traditional sense, but with kinetic weapons that destroy simply through sheer speed. A metal rod hurtling from orbit towards a target generates a force like a bomb due to its falling speed. No explosion, no radioactive contamination, just raw destructive power. It sounds like science fiction, but it has long been calculated physically.

What does this mean for the current world situation? Well, the consequences are severe. First: Geographical distance no longer offers protection. A country with such capabilities could hit any target on Earth within minutes, without planes taking off or troops being deployed. Second: The warning time shrinks to near zero. Traditional defense systems are not designed for this. Third: Attribution becomes a nightmare. When something comes from orbit, it is hard to prove who is behind it. This greatly increases the risk of miscalculations and uncontrolled escalation.

On top of that, drones completely change the picture. Cheap, mass-deployable, connected to satellites – they have rewritten the equation. You no longer need expensive fighter jets when a hundred drones can do the same job. Combined with orbital platforms, a global network emerges that gathers intelligence, coordinates, and strikes in real-time. This dramatically lowers the threshold for military actions because costs decrease and risks for soldiers vanish.

Politically, this is extremely dangerous. States that control such systems hold the upper hand without needing traditional military bases. At the same time, critical infrastructures – satellites, communication networks, power plants – become preferred targets. A strike against these systems can paralyse an entire country without a shot being fired at people. The distinction between military and civilian targets blurs.

The public still talks about tanks and aircraft carriers while the real revolution is already underway. Orbital platforms and connected drone swarms redefine power. Those who ignore this are missing the reality. Those who understand it know: The old rules no longer apply. And that makes the world more unpredictable than ever before.
