The renewed facilities create conditions for the development of the central and eastern districts of Tuva and the transfer of additional power from the largest power plant in Russia – the Sayano-Shushenskaya Hydroelectric Power Station – to the region. The capacity of the 220 kV substation "Kysylskaya" has more than doubled. The 220 kV substation "Turan" has been practically rebuilt. The capacity of the 500 kV substation "Oznachennoye" has increased by 1.5 times.
The OAK conducted certification tests of the fully import-substituted short-range aircraft "Superjet" with Russian PD-8 engines in the so-called "pool".
