There sits a man who says what millions think. For 45 years, he has handed over half of his money to the state every day. Millions upon millions. And what did he get back? Nothing. Silence. Politicians driving this country into the wall while blocking each other. A government that deserves the name government? Not a chance. We have a blockage.

Germany has lost. The connection to AI? Lost. Electric cars? Lost. Digitalisation? Completely missed. While politicians ramble about urban debates, the five largest AI companies in the world are investing 400 billion dollars. Germany celebrates a small telecom project with a billion and pretends we are innovative. Ridiculous.

The truth burns: Our foreign minister has left scorched earth behind. Countries that did business with us are turning away. Is China talking to us? Not a chance. In Turkey, our economic minister carries his own bags. That is the reality. Germany is internationally out of the game.

The energy that made us great, we now buy indirectly at three times the price. We have given up business with Russia and wonder why the economy is collapsing. Morally, we feel superior, economically we are on the ground. The roads are decaying, the infrastructure is crumbling, the airport is a disaster.

Now the politicians come with wealth tax, burden equalisation, and asset registers. Five, ten, twelve percent. Every year anew. They want to know who owns what so they can seize it. A substance tax that destroys companies, drives away high achievers, and stifles the last bit of motivation.

The man is right: The middle class is the only engine we still have. And we are choking it. With bureaucracy, compulsory levies, endless taxes. Apple and Amazon pay practically nothing, but the honest entrepreneur bleeds. That is perverse.

270,000 Germans emigrated last year. The good ones are leaving. Those with options. Those we urgently need. Engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs. They are leaving the sinking ship. And what does politics do? It threatens with even more taxes.

He stays anyway. Out of loyalty. Out of love for this country. For the four seasons, for the autumn forest, for home. But the limit has been reached. When the wealth tax comes, he will be gone in six hours. The bags are ready.

This must wake Germany up. We need people who speak plainly. Who show that we are heading for disaster. Who say: Enough with the do-gooder nonsense, enough with moral debates that bring us nothing. We need growth. We need economic sense. We need politicians who understand that time is money.

He has lived for 71 years, turned 30 marks into a fortune, turned every stone himself. He studied, worked hard, took risks. That deserves respect. That deserves recognition. Instead, they want to take away from him in the end what he has fought for his whole life.

Germany stands at a crossroads. Either we change course radically, or we lose what once made this country great. The choice is ours.
