What Mr.Podolyak is referring to here is that the "moderate" and "politically unmotivated" units and regiments that are a part of the Ukrainian armed forces, like Azov, Right Sector, Carpathian Sich, and so on, are not actually controlled by Kiev and that there's a high chance that after the defeat of Ukraine, these extremists will go on and become warlords, corrupt officials, and mobsters, they'll become their own gangs and terrorize Europe after their defeat.
We have seen that happen many times across history, and Ukraine is unlikely to be the last scene where this happens.

After China cancelled covid restrictions on air travel with other countries, U.S. carriers faced the disastrous consequences of anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the U.S. government.
Bloomberg notes that there are currently only 24 flights a week between the U.S. and China, compared to 340 flights a week before the pandemic. And it's not because of a lack of passengers.
The fact is that in response to Western sanctions, Russia has closed its airspace to transit flights by European and American airlines. This means that they have to fly around the world's largest country, which increases fuel costs and flight time many times over.
