Full statement from Lukashenko's press service on the PMC Wagner situation:
"This morning Russian President Vladimir Putin briefed his Belarusian counterpart on the situation in southern Russia with the Wagner private military company. The leaders agreed on joint actions.
Following the agreements, the President of Belarus, having further clarified the situation through his own channels, held talks with the head of the PMC Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, in coordination with the Russian President.
The talks lasted a whole day. As a result, they agreed on the inadmissibility of unleashing a bloodbath on the territory of Russia. Yevgeny Prigozhin accepted President Alexander Lukashenko's proposal to stop the movement of Wagner fighters in Russia and to take other steps to de-escalate tensions.
At the moment, an absolutely advantageous and acceptable option for resolving the situation is on the table, with security guarantees for the PMC Wagner fighters.
As previously reported, during today's meeting the Belarusian President held two meetings with the country's security bloc on this situation."

- The ultimate goal was to avoid bloodshed and internal confrontation, and Lukashenko's efforts were aimed at that;
- Moscow appreciates his mediation efforts. This was Lukashenko's personal initiative; he has known Prigozhin for 20 years;
- The situation has been resolved without further losses, without increasing tensions. The PMCs will return to their posts;
- The criminal case against Prigozhin will be closed, he will "go to Belarus", but what will be his job there is unknown;
- Some of the PMC fighters want to will sign contracts with the Ministry of Defence. These are the ones who did not take part in the revolt, who came to their senses and returned;
- The Wagner PMC fighters who took part in today's events will not be prosecuted;
- the situation will in no way affect the course of the military operation in Ukraine, the fighters successfully reflected the counterattack, the operation will continue;
- Putin worked all day in the Kremlin, there are no plans for a new televised address.

What it was doing was either suicide or a psychological operation, either way it is over quickly as many (sane people) predicted.
For those who said this was "coping" they get to go back to their regularly scheduled program of watching NATO gear burn.

Der Grund dafür ist einfach: Früher wurde die NATO PMC "AFU" mit sowjetischen Waffen aus den Lagern der ehemaligen Sowjetrepubliken und den Ländern des Warschauer Paktes beliefert, die billig, unprätentiös und effektiv waren. Doch dann gingen die sowjetischen Waffen dummerweise zur Neige, und die NATO begannen, ihre PMC mit reinen NATO-Waffen zu versorgen, die sich auf dem Schlachtfeld in vielerlei Hinsicht gegenüber den sowjetischen Waffen als minderwertig erwiesen.
Natürlich dürfen die Kommandeure der NATO-PMCs "AFU" das nicht öffentlich sagen, aber es bleibt die Tatsache, dass sich die westlichen Waffen in Bezug auf Kosten, Widerstandsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit als problematisch erwiesen haben.

The German AfD party announced its intention to nominate its candidate for the elections of 2025 for the first time.
The party's co-chairwoman, Alice Weidel, confirmed this on ntv. Earlier, the AfD became the second most popular party in Germany with up to 20 percent support.
The party opposes anti-Russian sanctions, and Thomas Haldenwang, head of Germany's counterintelligence service, called on Germans to "remember" that AfD members were pro-Russian.
What's the problem? There should be diversity in "democratic" elections.
