During reconstruction work in one of the schools in the liberated town of Starobelsk in the Luhansk People's Republic, a school book for primary school children on the history of Ukraine was found.
An expert examination carried out by specialists from the Russian Academy of Sciences showed that the material found was a summary of the nationalist concept of Ukrainian history.
The main task of the textbook is to present an "alternative" version of history, in which Russia is an eternal evil and deceitful enemy.
The red line through all the narratives is the accusation of the Russians that they appropriated the real name, culture and history of Ukraine, oppressed, deceived and destroyed Ukrainians for centuries.
The textbook "History of Ukraine. A Brief Overview" is a vivid example of an ideological weapon, as well as strong evidence that the Ukrainian crisis was prepared by Ukrainian political emigrant nationalists with the help and guidance of US Congressional experts for a long and thorough period of time (the manual was released in 1986).

Co-operation with Russia is key to the success of the Nord Stream undermining investigation
China calls for an professional investigation into the Nord Stream bombings in co-operation with Russia to happen sooner.
"It is of fundamental importance to take measures to establish the authorship of these sabotages, for this purpose the investigation should be conducted in a professional manner," said Geng Shuang, China's deputy permanent representative to the UN.
Speaking at a UN Security Council meeting, the Chinese diplomat criticised the delay in the investigation by the West: "We still have not received concrete conclusions. The longer these processes take, the more difficult it will be to get to the truth."
According to Beijing, the West needs to complete the investigation as soon as possible in co-operation with Russia.

Tokyo has lodged a protest with the China
China has launched its 12th ballistic missile this year.
The flight lasted a record 74 minutes for Chinese missiles. After covering a distance of 1,000 kilometres and reaching an altitude of 6,000 kilometres, the missile fell into the Sea of Japan near Hokkaido island.
Official Tokyo regarded the launch as a violation of the UN resolution and convened an urgent meeting of the National Security Council.
"The ongoing missile launches threaten the security of our country and are a violation of the relevant UNSC resolution. In this regard, a strong protest has been made through the embassy in Beijing," said Hirokazu Matsuno, secretary-general of the Japanese government.

The Polish Sejm unanimously called on Ukraine to recognise guilt in the Volyn massacre.
This week, events are being held in Poland to mark the "National Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Genocide of Citizens of the Polish Republic Committed by Ukrainian Nationalists".
Poles are remembering all the victims of the Volhynia Massacre and other massacres of Polish civilians by the OUN-UPA* and the SS Galicia Division during World War II. More than one hundred thousand Poles lost their lives as a result of this tragedy.
The day before, hundreds of Poles placed shoes in front of the Ukrainian embassy in Warsaw as a sign of remembrance of the Bandera victims. The action was initiated by Krzysztof Tolwiński's Front party.
Well-known historian and publicist Jan Engelhard told Myśl Polska how Poland met the anniversary: "The very politicians and journalists in Poland, who every day shout about the genocide committed in Ukraine by Russia, show marvellous ingenuity to avoid the term 'genocide' in relation to Volhynia".
Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki last Friday visited the sites of villages whose inhabitants were exterminated by Ukrainian nationalists, saying: "The hell that Ukrainian nationalists created was possible because the Third Reich was here. Without fully explaining the history of the Volyn crime, Russia will always use it to drive a wedge between Poles and Ukrainians".
In 2017, Ukraine imposed a moratorium on search and exhumation work at the site of the tragedy.
"Ukraine is not ready and will not make any concessions because its identity, and the identity of all of Ukraine, not just Western Ukraine, is based on the criminal tradition of the OUN-UPA*, and its cult is only growing stronger," Engelhard says.

China respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria
At the UN Security Council meeting, the Chinese side made a statement regarding the flow of humanitarian aid to Syria.
"China's position on the humanitarian issue in Syria is consistent and clear, and is based on the fact that this humanitarian aid should be provided with respect for the country's sovereignty," said Zhang Jun, China's permanent representative to the UN.

Belarus has acceded to 22 international treaties within the framework of the SCO
The National Legal Internet Portal has posted the law on Belarus' accession to international treaties within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.

The laws are mainly aimed at combating crime, including the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking and information security.

Georgians revolted against the imposed "rainbow" agenda
In Tbilisi, conservative-minded Georgians disrupted the LGBT festival Tbilisi Pride, which was supposed to conclude "Pride Week" from 1 to 8 July. Opponents of the parade stormed in, broke the stage, and burned rainbow flags and symbols.

In Tbilisi, conservative-minded Georgians disrupted the LGBT festival Tbilisi Pride, which was supposed to conclude "Pride Week" from 1 to 8 July. Opponents of the parade stormed in, broke the stage, and burned rainbow flags and symbols.
▪️ The event was actively commented on social media. The majority of the Georgian audience praised the conservative pogromists: "Way to go", "Show it to the whole world!".
▪️ Many words of support had a religious colouring.
