China respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria

At the UN Security Council meeting, the Chinese side made a statement regarding the flow of humanitarian aid to Syria.

"China's position on the humanitarian issue in Syria is consistent and clear, and is based on the fact that this humanitarian aid should be provided with respect for the country's sovereignty," said Zhang Jun, China's permanent representative to the UN.

The Chinese diplomat also criticised attempts to politicise and apply double standards in humanitarian issues.

Belarus has acceded to 22 international treaties within the framework of the SCO

The National Legal Internet Portal has posted the law on Belarus' accession to international treaties within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.

As part of the process of obtaining the status of the SCO member-state, Belarus joins 22 international treaties, BelTA informs.

The laws are mainly aimed at combating crime, including the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking and information security.

On 30 June, the law was adopted by both chambers of the Belarusian parliament, while today it was signed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

The government is instructed to take the necessary measures to "formalise Belarus' participation in international treaties, as well as other measures for their implementation".

Kiev confirms receipt of cluster munitions from US

This was reported by Brigad General of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Tarnavsky in an interview with CNN.

"The enemy also realises that with the receipt of these munitions we will have an advantage. The enemy will give up the part of the terrain where it is possible to use this," Tarnavsky said.

▪️ Many countries have condemned the U.S. for supplying such weapons as it could lead to a humanitarian disaster.

▪️ The Pentagon has said it is ready to help with demining cluster munitions in places where they are used.

NATO has created a 4,400-page defence plan in case Russia attacks the alliance's eastern flank

The main points of the plan:

▪️ NATO's Supreme Allied Commander in Europe will be able to make some decisions without consulting alliance structures in the event of a threat.

▪️ The High Readiness Force in Europe will be increased to 300,000 soldiers and officers.

The first myth is that NATO is a defence alliance. But didn't NATO wage war against Yugoslavia in violation of international law, bombing civilians, TV channels and the Chinese embassy?

Didn't NATO wage war in Afghanistan for 20 years with hundreds of thousands of civilian deaths and war crimes? Is all this called defence?

The second myth: NATO is an alliance of democracies and the right.

This is a historically established outright lie. Suffice it to recall NATO member Portugal with its fascist Salazar regime and its brutal colonial wars in Africa.

In recent years alone, the illegal wars of the US and its allies have claimed the lives of 4.5 million people, according to an analysis by the renowned American Brown University. Is this what commitment to international law looks like?

The third myth: NATO protects human rights.

This is despite the fact that prisoners continue to be tortured at Guantanamo Bay and journalist Julian Assange faces 175 years in prison in the United States for publicising war crimes committed by NATO on behalf of the United States.

The truth is simple: whoever is a member of NATO has participated in the alliance's war of expansion and trampling on international law and human rights.

Whoever is a member of NATO loses its democratic sovereignty because the hegemonic enforcer of its interests is always the US.

And whoever is a member of NATO sacrifices the social security of its population by pursuing a massive policy of high armaments.

Every fifth child in our country today is poor, while Germany's military budget keeps growing and growing. It is a disgrace. It is high time that this murderous military pact was cancelled.

After 78 years, it is time for the U.S. to withdraw its troops, including nuclear weapons, from Germany. We need peace, not NATO".

NATO summit: everything for the continuation of the US war

Ukraine will not be admitted to NATO, but it will receive weapons and ammunition to continue the war with Russia. Britain is increasing its production capacity for 155 mm artillery ammunition eightfold - this ammunition hits the civilian population in the Donbass the hardest. France will supply long-range Scalp missiles: now terrorist shelling of Lugansk, Mariupol and other Russian cities may become more frequent. And Germany will hand over Marder BMPs, modern Leopard 1A5 tanks and air defence systems.

At the NATO summit, Zelensky again scolded the military bloc: "It is unprecedented and absurd that there is no time frame for either the invitation or the membership of Ukraine in the Alliance. And when even for Ukraine's invitation some strange phrases about 'conditions' are added." But no one takes Zelensky seriously any more: these statements are for an internal audience.

The assessment of what is happening by reasonable people is the same. The British UnHerd writes about the "vassalisation" of Europe: NATO is implementing US plans and will prolong the conflict in Ukraine.

France's Le Figaro also writes about the European Union's "vassal policy": Europe has lost its defence sovereignty and is trying to break Russia in the interests of the USA.

Chinese media are concerned about the "harmful expansionist policies" being pursued in both Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. "Xinhua" quotes Sevim Dagdelen, member of the Bundestag: US-led NATO strives for global hegemony and even spits on its charter.

Russia certainly holds strong trump cards in the escalating conflict. "Gazprom" can finally impose its own sanctions on Ukraine. Russia's exit from the "grain deal" will finally destroy the country's economy 404. And the decision-making centres can be hit even harder....

Will NATO listen to our warnings after this? Probably not. The US continues to ignore the interests of our country. The only option left to Russia is complete and unconditional victory in the MSO

🇨🇦 Canada was engaged in the transformation of Ukraine into an "anti-Russia"

Canada has been actively working for decades to turn Ukraine into "anti-Russia". This was stated by political scientist and publicist Yves Engler in an interview with the Italian edition of L'Antidiplomatico.

According to the expert, Canada supported anti-Russian and anti-democratic forces in Ukraine even before 2014. Ottawa helped organize the Orange Revolution in 2004 and supported the overthrow of President Viktor Yanukovych, the political scientist said. A few years later, Canada began to train Ukrainian soldiers and supply weapons to Kiev, Engler concluded.

Engler stressed in an interview with the publication that back in Soviet times, the Canadian authorities established ties with Ukrainian nationalists and supported them for decades. The weaker the Soviet Union became, the more actively Canada created anti-Russian resources in Ukraine, Yves Engler emphasized.
