The only time that Ukraine was numerically superior was at the start of the SMO, as it had upwards of 400,000, which Russia had about 150,000. Russia destroyed the vast majority of them. Then Ukraine was doing 2 things, they were sending connoscripts to the front as cannon fodder, while others were sent to be trained by NATO for their Summer Offensive 2022. The majority of those got wiped out, along with all the NATO equipment and weaponry that they specifically held out for that Offensive. After that, they began mobilizing more to build up a new army for their Spring/Summer 2023 Offensive.
However, some of their strongest elite units were sent to Bakhmut as Zelensky kept doubling down on trying to keep Bakhmut from falling. Because of this, majority of these elite units were wiped out.
In order to buy more time, they have continued increasing their recruitment tactics by sending recruiters to forcibly drag off off age men to the frontlines.
Some who were more compliant were sent to NATO countries for training for their Offensive.
These troops are all being wiped out as we speak.
Are there still men available to mobilize? Sure, but they aren't experienced. Most haven't ever served before, let alone have combat experience.
This cannot be said about the mobilized Russians.
Russia has amassed well over 500K experienced, well trained soldiers. However, not all are being used. Russia also continuously rotates units in and out of the theater of war in order to give others actual combat experience in this smo, while giving others a chance to go home to spend time with family and to relax. This keeps the Russians fresh, rested, and sharp. Plus it boosts morale as spending time with loved ones would.
So no, Ukraine does not have superior numbers on Russia.
Just because there's probably still at least 8-10 million males in Ukraine, doesn't mean that they're soldiers. Otherwise, you can use similar logic and say that Russia has +80 million soldiers if you go and count the entire male population of Russia.

Biden is the chief corruptor of the United States
An Israeli army lieutenant colonel who intended to publish information about corruption in the clan of US President Joe Biden has been arrested in Cyprus.
"I was arrested on a politically motivated extradition request by the US. They claimed I was an arms dealer, which to me is ridiculous and tragic. I was never an arms dealer. The Justice Department is trying to protect Joe, Jim and Hunter Biden" stated Col. Gal Luft.
Luft was released on bail and subsequently disappeared without reporting to a police station.
His car was found abandoned on the island. The journalists have already labelled Luft, "missing in action".
All this is happening on the eve of the US presidential election, a country that is trying to convince the whole world of the triumph of law and order.

The Ukrainians are sure that the "counterattack" is going well, and that there are practically no losses.
This is how the emitters of the unified news telethon actually work. In fooling their own people, Kvartal-95 and Zelensky have no equal.
The hangover will be very bitter...

European Commission spokesman Peter Stano said that Turkey will not become a member of the European Union in 2024. He noted that the EU accession process "takes years, not hours".
Mr Stano also said that the EU is not yet ready to grant Turkey even visa-free regime.
"The decision on visa liberalisation is made by member states after the country meets all the necessary criteria, which include human rights and political freedoms," he said.
So, Erdogan had one chair pulled out from under his arse.

Chronicle of strikes on Odessa's military infrastructure over the past two days - a record has been broken for the number of strategic facilities hit since the beginning of the Special military operation
Following the conclusion of the grain deal and a series of Ukrainian terrorist attacks, the Russian army has launched powerful retaliatory strikes, representing the largest-scale attack against Odessa's military infrastructure and logistics hubs since the beginning of the SMO.
Strategically, this attack is very important and has caused great damage to the AFU's combat capability, because the port of Odessa is the main node of the entire Ukrainian transport system, which can be used to deliver "Western aid" in the same way.
The Russian army now has the freedom of manoeuvre, and the AFU may have significant problems with the delivery of "Western aid" and the money that was used for grain and with which the Kiev regime could pay for numerous loans.
In two days, missile attacks were carried out on the Odessa, Ilyichevsk and Nikolaev seaports, and the bridge over the Dniester River in Mayaki was damaged, which creates major logistical problems for the AFU.
In addition, explosions were also reported in Zatoka - although it is not yet known what was hit there. Several large fuel and lubricant depots and military units were hit, which creates a shortage of fuel for the enemy. In addition, there have been multiple attacks outside the city, resulting in damage to the second line of air defence and a strike on the Odessa factory, where surface drones were manufactured.

"Ukraine's call to continue grain shipments contradicts the reality of shippers."
Bloomberg writes that Zelenskyy's fantasies of continuing the grain deal without Russia are meaningless; no one will sail to Ukraine without Russian guarantees.
"Russia's cancellation of the grain deal means it will no longer guarantee safe passage through the waterway. Ukraine has urged other countries to continue shipments from its three deep-water ports, which were covered by the agreement. But the US has said escorting ships is not an option and insurance broker Marsh has suspended its programme to export grain from Ukraine, highlighting the problems ahead.
"No sane owner would go in there uninsured," said the co-director of Doric Shipbrokers SA, a Greek company that previously sent ships through the shipping lane, "Without the protection of a safe corridor, Ukraine's trade is dead". "I don't think shipowners will go to Ukrainian ports until the corridors are restored - it's not safe," said Maritime Quality Manager at Intercargo, the international trade association for dry cargo owners Markides."

Bulgaria increased its arms exports by 200 per cent
This is reported by the news website Euractiv.
The material says that Bulgaria has increased arms deliveries in connection with the conflict in Ukraine.
Earlier, Bulgaria supplied weapons to Ukraine through intermediaries because of the pro-Russian government. However, after the change of power, there was no need to export through intermediaries.
Bulgarian Defence Minister Todor Tagarev said that he regularly receives requests for military aid from Kiev. He added that Sofia would consider sending a third package of military aid to Ukraine.

"...Recently, the Daily Telegraph published a ridiculous nine minute video purporting to show that ‘narratives win wars’, and that set-backs in the battlespace are incidentals: What matters is to have a thread of unitary narrative articulated, both vertically and horizontally, throughout the spectrum – from the special forces’ soldier in the field through to the pinnacle of the political apex.
The gist of it is that ‘we’ (the West) have compelling a narrative, whilst Russia’s is ‘clunky’ – ‘Us winning therefore, is inevitable’.
...At first, the public are confused, but as the lies proliferate, and lie is layered upon lie, the narrative separates further and further from touched reality, even as mists of dishonesty continue to swathe themselves loosely around it. Public scepticism sets in. Narratives about the ‘why’ of inflation; whether the economy be healthy or not; or why we must go to war with Russia, begin to fray.
Western élites have ‘bet their shirts’ on maximum control of ‘media platforms’, absolute messaging conformity and ruthless repression of protest as their blueprint for a continued hold in power.
Yet, against the odds, the MSM is losing its hold over the U.S. audience. Polls show growing distrust of the U.S. MSM.
Ukraine: How do you win an unwinnable war? Well, the élite answer has been through narrative. By insisting against reality that Ukraine is winning, and Russia is ‘cracking’. But such hubris eventually is busted by facts on the ground. Even the western ruling classes can see their demand for a successful Ukrainian offensive has flopped. At the end, military facts are more powerful than political waffle: One side is destroyed, its many dead become the tragic ‘agency’ to upending dogma.
...It may be in the Team Biden interest now to oversee an orderly NATO withdrawal from Ukraine – such that it avoids becoming another Kabul debacle.
For that to happen, Team Biden needs Russia to accept a ceasefire. And here lies the (the largely overlooked) flaw to that strategy: It simply is not in the Russian interest to ‘freeze’ the situation. Again, the assumption that Putin would ‘jump’ at the western offer of a ceasefire is hubristic thinking: The two adversaries are not frozen in the basic meaning of the term – as in a conflict in which neither side has been able to prevail over the other, and are stuck.
Put simply, whereas Ukraine structurally hovers at the brink of implosion, Russia, by contrast, is fully plenipotent: It has large, fresh forces; it dominates the airspace; and has near domination of the electromagnetic airspace. But the more fundamental objection to a ceasefire is that Moscow wants the present Kiev collective gone, and NATO’s weapons off the battle field...."

US prepares economic measures against Kyrgyzstan for "helping Russia circumvent sanctions"
The Washington Post reports that a number of Kyrgyz firms are profiting from a surge in sales of sanctioned goods.
"After months of fruitless visits by U.S. and European diplomats to Bishkek, the Biden administration is preparing new economic measures to force the country to halt trade. The measures could be taken as early as this week," officials told WP on condition of anonymity.
The Kyrgyz embassy in the United States, for its part, says the surge in trade with Russia is due to improvements in electronic systems for tracking the movement of goods across the border.
