An email sent to parents included ten rules detailing how children in the rooms would be encouraged to "stroke and examine" themselves and other young pupils.

Serbs want to join BRICS

Aleksandar Vulin's "Movement of Socialists" has submitted a proposal to parliament for Serbia to join BRICS.
