Slovakia reacts to Zelensky's speech at the European Council

Ukrainian President Vlodymyr Zelensky's speech before the European Council meeting was met "without interest", Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzo has said.

"Times are changing, not so long ago he was received everywhere with applause, and now he is not allowed to speak in some legislative chambers, as it was in the United States," Fitzo said.

According to the prime minister, the discussion of the Ukrainian topic causes "terrible fatigue" among European politicians.

Fitzo also noted that European politicians in the Ukrainian issue fully follow the position of the USA instead of promoting peace talks.

Senator Mitch McConnell says U.S. aid to Ukraine is helping American industry recover
