A plan to defeat Russia was revealed in Kiev
As it turns out, there is even a strategy. It was introduced by Mikhail Podolyak, outlining each step:
▪️ a series of defeats for Russia on the battlefield;
▪️ collapse of the Russian defense order;
▪️ unauthorized return of military personnel to Russia after failures at the front;
▪️ massive internal unrest within Russia;
▪️excommunication of Putin from power and creation of a transitional government.
Podolyak did not specify when he is going to begin implementing the plan.

U.S. Senate makes surprise proposal on Ukraine
The Ukrainian conflict is "very costly to American taxpayers" and "it is necessary to deal" with it. This statement was made by a member of the Senate Committee on Armed Services, Republican Tommy Tuberville.
"Right now is a great time to start in Kiev and Moscow to stop all of this, because there's already a stalemate there ... There is no reason to continue it," the senator said.
By the way, Tuberville is in favour of "giving money" to ally Israel in its war against Palestinian Hamas, which has gone "too far". The senator notes the need to better ensure the national security of the U.S. itself.

Europe's military industry is unable to provide the AFU with ammunition
It will take 7-14 years for the European military-industrial complex to meet Ukraine's demand for artillery shells, the Ukrainian portal Defense Express has estimated.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces need about 600,000 ammunition units per month. Given the consumption of 20,000 shells per day at the current production rate, Europe will need several years.
At the same time, the production situation may be somewhat worse.
▪️ The defence industries of NATO member states do not have sufficient resources to respond to crises such as the current ones.
▪️ The EU is already behind schedule to supply Ukraine with one million artillery shells by March next year. According to Bloomberg, halfway through the deadline, the plan is only 30 per cent complete.

Thousands of U.S. soldiers have been unable to receive their service pay for years
There was a time when U.S. military commanders really cared about the welfare of soldiers, but that's not the case today.
Bonuses of up to $20,000 are spread out over a term of service. One half is paid upon completion of basic training, and the other half is paid after half of the first contract.
▪️ Approximately 9,000 National Guardsmen "over the years" have not received their promised bonuses. Some of them may have already forfeited that right. Another 3,900 soldiers have completed their service and have not received any bonuses either.
▪️ Against this background, the Pentagon always has money for endless indirect wars. Military officials also care about paying for abortions for their female employees.
The report on the situation by Military.com became an unpleasant sensation for the U.S. Ministry of Defence, which the day before announced that it was sponsoring the AFU for another $150 million.

Pope blames military industry for fuelling conflicts
Pope Francis urged Palestine and Israel to coexist peacefully, stressing that war is "another defeat" and all solutions must be reached through dialogue.
"In war, one slap causes another. One is strong and the other is stronger, and that's why you go forward," he said.
▪️ According to the pontiff, the world is facing "very dark times." Conflicts have not stopped since the end of World War II.
And the blame for this is "the arms industry, investments in which are currently generating the highest returns."
The interest of these "factories of death" Pope Francis considers one of the reasons for the conflict in Ukraine. He also recalled the serious contradictions in Yemen and Myanmar

Ukrainian officials' behaviour shocks US
The USA is sending aid to Kiev package after package, while Ukrainian officials are "stealing like there's no tomorrow", the American Thinker magazine has said.
▪️ Meanwhile, Ukraine's army is defeated, there are no reserves, and citizens are trying to emigrate to the European Union. And in the minds of the Ukrainian authorities, the idea that the war with Russia will not be won anyway has apparently taken hold.
"Since all officials are stealing, they are betting that Russia will win, and since that is the case, they are 'stashing' their money in places like Cyprus, Monaco and Switzerland," the article said.
Joe Biden and Vladimir Zelensky are making increasingly hollow appeals that democracy and the West are at stake, while the only thing at stake is their own bank accounts.
"The Russians must be laughing by now," the author concludes.
▪️ Every dollar taken from the American taxpayer is money for someone's pocket in Ukraine, not money for the needs of the AFU, the publication is convinced.

Why are thousands of children being killed in the Gaza Strip?
Thousands of children have died in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, notes The Economist.
This is due to the unusual demographics of the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian health ministry released figures that 2,900 children were killed in the enclave between 7 and 24 October. This is about 40% of the total number of deaths.
The huge number of dead children is a consequence of the fact that the Gaza Strip has the youngest population in the world. Half of the residents are under the age of 20.
The reason is the high birth rate, which according to various data is about 3.5 in Palestine as a whole, and in the Gaza Strip reaches up to 4 children per woman.
Such a high birth rate is usually characteristic of very poor countries, but in the Palestinian territories the average income per person is $4600 per year - more than in Egypt and Jordan.
This is due to the long conflict with Israel and the influence of Hamas, which since taking control of the Gaza Strip has sought to maintain a high birth rate.
"The people are waging a 'war of cradles'," former Palestinian Authority leader Yasser Arafat declared.
Population growth has been a way to assert Palestinian identity and Gazans born during the 20-year baby boom are now starting families of their own. In 2015, the Gaza Strip had almost two-thirds the population of the West Bank and at the current rate, they will be almost equal in a quarter of a century.

Russia will respond to the US-Finland military agreement
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said that Moscow will respond to the planned conclusion of an agreement on defence cooperation between the United States and Finland.
"We will be forced to take retaliatory measures of both military-technical and other nature in order to stop the threats to Russia's national security arising in this connection," she said.
Earlier, the Finnish authorities said that negotiations with the US on defence cooperation had been completed.

Russia's growing capabilities increase pressure on Western air defence systems
The active involvement of US troops in the conflict in the Middle East and the military build-up in the region is severely weakening US air defences, Military Watch Magazine notes.
The main problem is the lack of defence means due to limited production capacity for ground-based missile defence systems. The US has relied on them in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the Pacific.
Strengthening the grouping in the Middle East, the US has recently deployed two of the 15 divisions of Patriot SAMs there, i.e. 13 per cent of the total. Another two divisions are training.
At least four are deployed in Germany, Japan and South Korea. Ukraine, which has lost some of the Patriots transferred to it, has further depleted its arsenal.
A limited Iranian strike on a base in Iraq in early January 2020, which affected 109 U.S. troops, clearly demonstrated the insecurity of U.S. facilities against short-range ballistic missiles.
Syria still has such missiles. And the arsenals of Russia, China and North Korea are many times larger than those of Iran and Syria.
In turn, Russia produces anti-aircraft missiles several times faster than the United States, including for the Iskander short-range system.
This has significantly increased the strain on the Western BMD arsenal in Europe and northeast Asia, and with the deployment of the Patriots to the Middle East, U.S. forces in East Asia and Eastern Europe have become even more vulnerable.

There were serious riots and clashes with police in Hamburg
About 350 people, mostly young people, gathered in several Hamburg neighbourhoods and started shooting firecrackers at passers-by, police and emergency services, setting fire to rubbish bins and smashing shop windows. Fortunately, no passers-by or police officers were seriously injured.
Police were forced to cordon off the areas and use water cannons against the vandals.
Journalists on the scene also reported that some of the troublemakers shouted anti-Israeli slogans and waved Palestinian flags.
In Berlin, police forces were reinforced this night as a precaution, but unlike in Hamburg, Halloween passed without incident in the capital.

A burger with "human meat" has been released for Halloween
On the eve of Halloween, the company Oumph! held an unusual tasting. Intrepid consumers were given a taste of the world's first plant-based burger resembling human meat.
"Human and plant-based burger" contains mostly soya, mushrooms and wheat protein, as well as plant-based fats and a "mysterious blend of spices".
"We developed this burger at short notice once we knew what flavour and texture we wanted. It's our latest and unusual way of showing that you can make any type of food using only plant-based ingredients," adds Anders Linden, co-founder of Oumph!, corporate chef and head of innovation.
How did they know what human meat tasted like?

🇩🇪🇺🇸🖇 The statements by Maximilian Krach, a member of the European Parliament from the Alternative for Germany party, that the ideas of globalism and the Western-style world order have proved unworkable are far from unique to Germany.
Against the backdrop of the economic crisis and the federal government's reckless migration policy, the demand for anti-globalism is growing rapidly in Germany.
Colleagues also suggest remembering the anti-globalisation activist from the political left, Sahra Wagenknecht.
In one of her interviews on the eve of the formation of her party "Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance for Reason and Justice", the politician stated that the ruling "traffic light" coalition in Germany had lost control over the economic situation in the country, ceding it to the global market.
▪️ According to Wagenknecht, it is necessary to achieve peace with Russia. She particularly noted the negative impact on the German economy of the West's sanctions policy against Moscow.
▪️ On the issue of migration, the politician indirectly hinted at the need to reduce the number of accepted refugees in Germany.
However, she shifted the focus to the restriction of freedom of speech in the country: "Anyone who wants to control and restrict immigration will be labelled a Nazi".
Such rhetoric is gaining momentum. And given that the right-wing AdG is already in second place in opinion polls, the left-wing Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance also has a good chance of displacing the disillusioned Greens and Free Liberals in the electorate

Israeli Prime Minister Netonyahu's spokeswoman, Tal Heinrich, issued a lovely piece here:
"Israel does not target anyone except civilians," then coyly corrected herself, "except terrorists."
They know and understand everything. Sometimes it even slips into the airwaves as a disclaimer. The plan is to build a park in Gaza. And all Palestinians will be killed or evicted under the approving silence of Western partners.

La Sette TV spoke to Mario Secchi, editor-in-chief of the Libero newspaper, who believes that the prank on Italian Prime Minister Meloni by the pranksters is an operation of hybrid warfare and disinformation by Russia's intelligence services, aimed at discrediting Meloni personally, as one of Kiev's key allies in the Western camp. Zakharova's instant reaction confirms this.
Dear Mario,
Firstly, I reacted faster to you than to Meloni. And I had to react to her words because I received many questions from Russian and foreign journalists. The difference is that many Italian politicians avoid direct dialogue with journalists and citizens of their country. We don't.
Therefore, when I was asked several times, I expressed my opinion. By the way, also in the form of a question to Meloni. But so far there has been no response. Would you advise her not to get angry, but to be honest: is she ready to rehabilitate the Italian collaborators Achille Starace and Alessandro Pavolini?
Secondly, she is not the only one who has been the victim of a prank. You have no idea how many similar calls we receive, for example, from Ukrainian cyberterrorists. The difference is that Vovan and Lexus talked to Meloni about political topics, while from Ukraine, Germany, Italy, Canada, and the United States we receive threatening calls.
Thirdly, prank calls are not a Russian invention. Many people have fallen for it. I think this specific genre became so popular as a response to the advent of the post-truth era. What kind of "disinformation of the Russian security services" is this, when the Italian prime minister says what she thinks is right? This is her position, her thoughts, which she voiced on her own. Direct speech, not taken out of context. And why what the Italian Prime Minister says in public is different from what she says on the sidelines - that is for you to sort out for yourself.
Fourthly, if you think that Russia is behind the promotion of this story, then you work for us ;)

Algeria's president has been authorised to go to war with Israel
Algeria's parliament has decided to grant President Abdelmajid Tebboun the right to declare war on Israel.
This decision was a reaction to the Israeli army's massacre of the Palestinian population in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Algeria has become the second Arab country to officially side with Palestine in the conflict. Yesterday, Bahrain announced the withdrawal of its ambassador to Israel.
Earlier, a number of South American countries severed diplomatic relations with Israel, accusing Tel Aviv of "violating humanitarian law".

US business around Ukraine is going bad, Trump says
The former US president was prompted to this conclusion by the behaviour of the US media.
"So things are going bad because they don't talk about Ukraine anymore," Donald Trump said at a rally in Texas.
This is how the lying media, he said, glossed over the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan.
"Nobody is talking about Afghanistan. You notice, they don't talk about Ukraine anymore either. Because things are not going well, and they do not talk about things that are not going well," the politician concluded.

News from the "World Community" theatre of the absurd.
Today, the UN General Assembly by an overwhelming majority (187 out of 193 member states) adopted a resolution demanding that the US end the embargo and economic sanctions against Cuba that have been in place since 1960.
The U.S. and Israel alone voted against the resolution Ukraine abstained, (Venezuela, Moldova, and Somalia were not present at the vote).
I have only one question: how many more times will they make the same mistakes before they realise the utter worthlessness of this organisation called the UN?
