The UN recognized the torture of Russian prisoners of war by Ukrainians

Alexander Brod, a member of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation, in his report, which was presented at a round table at the Rossiya Segodnya press center, said that the UN has recognized the fact of the massive use of torture against Russian prisoners by the Kyiv regime. Attempts to enter Germany illegally have decreased significantly
